This was a great home for our weekend girls trip. It had everything we needed for our stay. Only a mile to Vanderbuilt Beach and lots of restaurants close by. Maria was quick to respond with any questions or issues we had. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

Close to beach, kids loved heated pool. Plenty of all necessary supplies. The lack of network and local stations was sort of annoying but tvs all worked well. Overall for family 8 a 5 star. Kids didn’t want to leave.

Ms. Maria was an exceptional host!Very helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The home is in a fantastic location, just minutes from Vanderbilt Beach and several great restaurants, which made everything very convenient for our family. We did run into a small issue with the living room TV, but Ms. Maria handled it immediately. She showed up within an hour with a brand new TV and had everything taken care of. That level of service really stood out.Our kids absolutely loved the private pool, and it made the trip even more enjoyable for everyone. We highly recommend this home for families and would definitely stay here again!

The property needs some updating. Mattress are not good they need to be replace. Bathroom shower needs to be updated they look moldy. There were three bikes in the garage but we couldn’t ride them since must of the weals were broken. Leaving room sofa is in bad condition. On a good note the beach is really closed to the house, a lot of convenience stores are close to the house too. Check in and check out is an easy process.

Maria was extremely helpful & very responsive when we needed help with a few things. The property was very spacious for my family of 6 plus my mom. The weather was extremely cold during our stay so we weren’t able to use the pool but it did look very clean. I would recommend this property to others.
