Extremely clean condo with everything you need. Phenomenal host that was extremely accessible and helpful. Beautiful view of the ocean. We watched the sunrise every morning. We will definitely be back!

Great location on the beach, nice pools and easy access to restaurant and shops. Mary was fantastic to deal with and coordinate access codes, additional parking permits and anything I needed. Lots of beach toys, chairs and umbrella. My only request that would have moved this to 5 stars would be some amenities - we didnt have handsoap or any shower supplies upon arrival so we had to run out and stock up.Will certainly consider this property for our future trips.

Great views! Perfect location to everything and walking was best for dinner to avoid turning left out of complex. Traffic can be crazy that time of day. We loved it all!

Highly recommend this property. The unit is beautiful, clean and has everything you need. Sitting on the 9th floor balcony enjoying the gorgeous view of the ocean was the best. Mary, our host, was wonderful with regularly checking in with us and answering questions. Super fun time and hope to rent again when visiting Pensacola Beach!

We had a great stay at this property. It was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what our family needed for a comfortable getaway. The view was fantastic and one of the highlights of our stay. As a family of four, we especially appreciated the bedding layout, which worked perfectly for us and made the space feel very functional. The host was wonderful—responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would happily stay here again.

From start to finish, Mary was excellent to work with. Extremely proactive in communications and responsive to all inquiries and questions. The condo is well stocked with miscellaneous items that you use during your trips. If you book, be sure to ask Mary what is there and available that you do not have to pack up and bring or grab at the grocery store on the way in.

Fantastic! The views from this property are absolutely amazing—waking up to the beautiful beachside view every day was a highlight. Inside, everything was clean and incredibly comfortable. And yes, it is well stocked - plenty of towels (beach and bathroom), linens, paper products, soaps, and coffee :-) To top it off, our hostess/manager, Mary, was wonderful, helpful, and super responsive to everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Absolute beautiful view. Condo was perfect for our stay. Very clean had everything we needed. Our host was amazing at answering any questions we had and gave us very useful information and was always quick to respond. We found a lot of beautiful shells on the beach as well. Beautiful beach views watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee never got old. From the ground floor you are steps away from a heated pool, hot tub, and the beach. Our host was very helpful with excellent local knowledge. Our room was clean and well stocked with essentials.
