Mooie eigentijdse stijl 4 slaapkamer (twee Master suites en 2 gastenkamers) 3. 5 badkamer huis met grote slaapkamers en moderne Kohler-baden. Perfect vakantiehuis voor gezinnen / koppels / vrienden (niet meer dan 4 niet-verbonden partijen, geen gedeelde huizen, per East Hampton-code): comfortabel slaapt 8 in 4 slaapkamers, + sommige slaapkamers hebben extra eenpersoonsbedden (ideaal voor kinderen) = een max van 12 mensen. Grote ramen, moderne / Art Deco meubels, grote keuken met nieuwe apparatuur. Dubbele woonkamer met nieuwe 55 "TV, Sonos Playbase, Sonos AMP. Grote kwaliteit handdoeken en Italiaanse lakens (door Frette) voorzien. Groot 20 x 40 VERWARMD zwembad, buitendouche, prachtig landschap (5 magnolia bomen bij zwembad), gloednieuw (2019) outdoor Weber grill, zeer groot dek met teakhouten meubels: grote tafel stoelen 8, kleine tafel stoelen 4, en er zijn 12 lounge stoelen met kussens). Dit huis ligt in het noordwesten van East Hampton, in de buurt van een privébaaistrand (dit is geen Springs, Springs ligt aan de andere kant van de 3 Mile Harbour).

In de nieuwe dubbele woonkamer, 55 "TV / Sonos Playbase / Sonos AMP / kabel / Wifi / DVD / indoor-outdoor-stereo. Toegang tot het privéstrand is slechts een paar minuten lopen. Rustige buurt zonder doorgaand verkeer is perfect voor kinderen, fietsen, wandelen, ontspannen.
Er zijn 4 fietsen en helmen beschikbaar. Ong. 12 minuten rijden naar het centrum van East Hampton, het centrum van Sag Harbor en de stranden aan de oceaan.

Slaapkamers: Er zijn 4 grote slaapkamers: 2 master suites en 2 gastenkamers. Op het hoogste niveau is er een Master Suite en 2 Guest slaapkamers: De grote slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed, walk-in closet, en een aparte badkamer. Logeerkamer # 1 heeft een queen size bed en een extra twin / dag bed, een bureau en 2 middelgrote kasten. Logeerkamer # 2 heeft een queen size bed, twin-dag bed en 2 middelgrote kasten. Gastenkamer # 2 en # 3 delen de tweede badkamer. Op het lagere niveau is er een nieuwe Master Suite met een zitkamer (zitkamer kan worden omgezet in 2 aparte bedden, zie foto's), een eigen terras en een eigen badkamer. Er is ook nog een 1/2 bad op het lagere niveau.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home is modern, clean and welcoming. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and had extremely comfortable bedding. Susan is an amazing host. She was most responsive to questions before our stay, and offered great suggestions for things to do and dining options during our stay. Thank you Susan for your hospitality! My family and I stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. Susan, the host, was great and always responsive. The location of the home isn’t far from Sag Harbor and located by a private beach to which we walked every morning. The beds were all very comfortable and the sheets were extremely soft. The only drawback (I know we are in the woods) were the ants on the kitchen counter. We also saw a pincher or two inside the home but besides that, the house is clean, especially the bathrooms and bedrooms. There’s also a really refreshing pool which gets full sun throughout the morning and early afternoon.

Thanks Joshua, so happy you had a great time! The soft sheets are Italian, by Frette. The house is in an area called the Northwest Woods, and I am a few houses off the bay. I go to extra lengths to provide a clean house, have a very good cleaning crew, and I block off an extra day before and after each rental to organize and make sure the house is perfect. The kitchen is also super clean and I have not seen ants since your stay, so it's possible you could have seen some tiny sugar ants from leaving some food out or not totally wiping off the counters. As a precaution for this I do leave some ant boxes in the kitchen. :)

Great week in East Hampton

Our family had a great stay in East Hampton. Susan was a great hostess, so easy to communicate with. The house is lovely, great pool, very clean, located in a very quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful house, lovely pool, and wonderful location on a quiet street with a short walk to a private bay beach. Couldn’t have picked a better spot for our family vacation! We had a wonderful stay. Many thanks to our gracious host Susan. The property is in a great location about 15 minutes from Sag harbor and East Hampton. It's setting is a beautiful semi private community set right on the coastline yet it's also nestled in the lush woodlands. You can walk 5 minutes from the property to the private community entrance to the beach. The house and property offer abundant space and privacy. Kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with everything that you will need and even more. The home is well kept and very clean. Laundry room is stocked and BBQ grill is ready to fire. The bath towels and bed linens are fresh and crisp. Pool towels, beach chairs, bicycles and so much more are available for your use. The home is decorated with beautiful artwork throughout and each room has an incredible library of beautiful books. We were pampered here and we felt safe and comfortable during our stay. I highly recommend this property for your next stay in the Hamptons. Thank you to our host.

Attractive Modern House

Our family enjoyed a two week vacation in Susan’s home. The house is well located in a lovely area a short walk to the bay. The pool is surrounded by many comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas allowing easy movement toward or away from sunniest spots. The home is modern, attractive and well equipped Susan was very responsive to all questions and concerns we had.

Great vibe

House was nicer then we expected with open floor plan, glass walls looking out to the pool and great art hanging in every room. Mostly is was my immediate family of four but we had 10 plus for two nights and everyone was comfy in their own beds. Walking down the bay beach was nice for walks and collecting shells with the kids. We easily shot into East or Sag for meals and shopping. Susan was very communicative and addressed any issues (not many) expediently. Highly recommend for family getaways.

Happy Hampton's House

My experience at this home was absolutely fantastic! The house was immaculate, very chic in the decor. Loved the art work and all the books in every room. The accommodations were perfect and the hostess was polite, attentive, and very easy to communicate with. The house was very comfortable, fun, easy to navigate, and had all the amenities one would need for a fun girls getaway! I appreciate the hospitality and all the fun recommendations in the area. If you are looking for a great place in the East Hamptons, look no further than this home!! Great house and host

We loved our stay in the Hamptoms. Susan was a wonderful host. Before our trip Susan gave us ideas on what we could do in the Hamptons and from the beginning was always easy to get in touch with. She was proactive in reaching out before we arrived. The house was really nice (as shown in the pictures) and well supplied, and the pool was huge and the kids spent a lot of time there. The living room was cozy and we had family movie night on most nights. The house was in a nice neighborhood with a beach within a few minutes walk and we were able to easily drive to all the places we wanted to – East Hampton Beach and shopping area, Montauk, Sag Harbor, etc There was a small issue with hot water running one day and Susan got it fixed immediately. She is one of the most accessible and responsive hosts we have ever had. For those looking to have a great vacation in the Hamptons, we would recommend staying at her home.

We were lucky to have enjoyed Susan’s beautiful home, fantastic pool and charming yard for two weeks this summer. As a host Susan is incredibly warm and responsive. Secluded, quiet, great pool

Spent a week, kids could not get enough of the pool. Only thing missing was a pack n play, so bought our good. Also the east hamptons ordinance requiring Alarms on pool facing entrance takes quite some getting used to.

Perfect Spot

This was a perfect spot to get away, unplug and unwind. The house is spacious and comfortable, and the pool was the best amenity especially during a heatwave! We loved the proximity to the private beach and all the wildlife that abounds. Highly recommended, and the host was so gracious with suggestions for all the local spots and made our stay very enjoyable!

We had a wonderful stay. The pool was lovely and the house is perfect for friends and family. The two king bedded rooms with bathrooms attached are great for couples with kids. The surrounding neighborhood is very chill and beautiful. The owner Susan is super helpful and very nice!

Amazing Labor day weekend at the Hamptons

The house is stunning and the owner is very attentive and responsive, she does look for anything to make us feel comfortable. We had a great time and the look and feel are even better than the pictures. We would definitely come back.

When our adult children couldn't take the time for a summer vacation, we decided to take the vacation to them. Susan's home made the perfect getaway, and she was a delightful host! The home is filled with every possible amenity making it much easier to travel and feel at home without bringing everything with you. Located within steps of the bay beach, in a quiet residential neighborhood, it is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy each other's company. The neighborhood and beach are gorgeous, Susan's has filled her home with beautiful, high end housewares, technology, and books, and in 15-20 minutes you can be in the towns of East Hampton, Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton or Amagansett where Susan has shared recommendations for things to see, do, eat. The backyard pool is perfect for finding sun or shade with a glorious blooming magnolia tree as a backdrop, and we enjoyed outdoor meals cooked on the grill. It was a fabulous two weeks for our family, and we only wish we could have stayed longer. We definitely hope to return someday.

Beautiful home, perfect for small group

The property was beautiful. Susan was very responsive and helpful. She waited for me to arrive to give me a full tour of the house. She was also available by text with any questions that I had. The house is great for small groups, I had a small group of family/friends and we fit comfortably. The house is very close to town as well and a short drive to Montauk.

Amazing house!

Our family had the best time.! The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable,, relaxing vacation. It was great to have the pool, which was warm and clean. Private getaway

Great house in a great location. Easy walk to beach. Private backyard with pool. Susan, the owner, was highly responsive.

I've been a part-time resident in East Hampton since 2000. Some of my favorite things to do include going for long walks on the beach, driving out to Montauk, going to great restaurants in town, gardening, cooking and relaxing at home. There's a lovely private bay beach just a one minute walk away, and Sammy's beach is about a 5 minute walk. I'm very familiar with the area and always provide my guests with a list of great recommendations. I take great care of my home and am always available by phone or email for my guests. I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay!
