Nohonani 405 is een prachtig twee slaapkamers anderhalf badgedeelte op de vierde verdieping, met gewelfde plafonds en een adembenemend uitzicht op de oceaan. Ze bieden uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit de keuken, de eetruimtes, de woonkamer en de grote slaapkamer. Zoals met alle Nohonani-eenheden, is de hoofdslaapkamer aan de oceaan en heeft een schuifdeur die direct naar de Lanai opent. Niets vergeleken bij de slaap in laten slapen door de ritmische oceaangolven net buiten uw raam. Unit is uitgerust met alle voorzieningen van thuis. Onlangs gerenoveerd, met nieuwe vloeren en verf. Maak Nohonani 405 uw thuis weg van huis.

Incredible views and amenities! The condo was well stocked with cooking utensils as well as towels for beach. We saw tons of sea turtles from the balcony and got to watch the sunrise each morning. We will definitely be back and recommending to anyone who visits Maui!

Once in a Lifetime Vacation

This was a vacation we will never forget. The place was perfect. We were right on the ocean and spent a lot of time on the patio. Besides the perfect place, the people were very quick to respond when I would email them with questions. I would stay there again.

The Nohonanni enjoys one of the best locations in the Kaanapali area. Located right on the beach we enjoyed snorkelling among the sea turtles. The unit was well equipped with comfortable beds. A perfect vacation.

Nice place, location is awesome. The condo is stocked nicely. There is no AC and it was very hot.

Overall a good place. Location is great, snorkeling is good. We saw numerous turtles right from our patio. The condo is stocked nicely, close to market and shops. Biggest negative is there is no AC.

A Wonderful Home Away From Home

This condo met its expectations and we had the most beautiful view and relaxing time here at Nohonani. The entire building is relatively quiet which is what we were hoping for. Reading through the guestbook was a fun journey, and it showed how much the owners of this condo truly care about every visitor's comfort while on vacation here. We appreciated the little touches such as the water filter jug, rice cooker, binoculars, dishwasher/laundry soaps, and all the fans. The lack of A/C was a little rough during Aug/Sept, but the ocean and pool helped cool us off. It wasn't an issue for us, however for the light sleepers, the ocean noise here might be a little too loud for you.

Wonderful waterfront condo

We spent a week here during the first week in November. The location was great. Beautiful views!! The 4th floor condo was spacious with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, washer/dryer, kitchen (well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, etc), comfortable living space and lanai overlooking the water, pool and beach. The parking lot was small but never had an issue finding a spot. The only downfall is there is no air conditioning. For the most part, it wasn’t an issue but had a few shorts periods where it was pretty warm in the condo. We made it a point to get out and explore in the afternoon hours. Definitely would recommend this place.

When we booked this condo two months ago and up until today, nothing was said about the four floor levels of construction being done right next door to us. The beeping from the backing up machinery to the drills against the bedroom walls Impacted the vacation. We do want to report that on the third night of our stay there were high winds and it blew the bedroom screen door off the track and hit a deck chair, putting a small hole in the screen.

The condo was perfect and had enough space for our entire family (3 adults and 2 kids). The view from the balcony is unbelievable, we were able to see sea turtles swim by all day. Pool and beach were great as well, there were kids toys and beach chairs and everything you could possibly need. We had an issue with the sofa bed and the management team was very fast to replace it with a whole new couch/bed. I would highly recommend staying, especially based on the price, which I thought was reasonable. We absolutely loved Maui and this part of the island - great stores, restaurants, and beaches nearby. Only modest issue is the lack of AC, but the fans and breeze from the ocean was enough to offset those problems.

The owner was sympathetic to our confinement in the condo but no reduced rate. The sheets are threadborne. Everything else was ok

Can't Beat the Oceanfront

I was born and raised on Maui and come back at least every year. Normally we stay with family, but I wanted to treat the kids to a beachfront condo and this did not disappoint. The lanai and master bedroom are feet from the ocean and the constant wave noise reminded me of my childhood camping on the shore. I loved the sound of waves crashing, but it is fairly loud if you're not used to it. Sunset views are amazing. They have a large conch shell in the condo and I taught my kids how to blow it with everyone else at sundown.The kids loved having easy access to the pool and beach where you'll constantly see sea turtles and possibly a Hawaiian monk seal. The beach itself is okay for wading, but there is a rocky outcropping near the shore that you'll want to avoid if wading. It's not the best location for snorkeling as just past the rocks is mainly sand until you reach a dropoff so you won't see as much wildlife as you would at some other locations with more reef structure. There are also a couple beach chairs, a cooler, and a small boogie board in the condo.The condo itself is dated, but the location more than makes up for it. The kitchen has what you need to cook, but you'll be disappointed if you are a home chef. Knives are cheap and chipped/dull, pots/pans are very worn, and you'll need to supply your own cooking ingredients other than salt and pepper. That being said, I still cooked up great meals.In summary, it's not a perfect condo, but you can't beat the view.

Always turtles, at least when we were there, September/October to see in the water directly in front of the property. Every possible item you could ask for is somewhere within that kitchen area! a few minute walk to ABC store and bad *** coffee right across the way. Don’t miss Papi Ohana’s if you like cinnamon rolls and baked goods, get there bright and early, they truly were the best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had! There’s a little park a few minute walk also. I would suggest the floor be better cleaned. It was swept, however my feet were black if I went barefoot because the floor did not seem to be kept up with mopping. A couple of suggestions would be to have a knife sharpener or have the bigger chopping knives sharpened. I could not find an I could not find a sharpener maybe there was one and I just didn’t see it ...Also unscented laundry soap and dryer sheets, please. A couple of softer bed pillows would be wonderful also. We would highly recommend this unit and area to stay in.

All you hear at night from that room is the sound of the waves. From the lanai, you can look down and watch the sea turtles feeding on the reef and in winter, you can spot whales frolicking in the water. I also enjoy the view of Molokai. We love to watch the sunset behind Lanai every evening. The condo is clean and well equipped with a boogie board, ice chest, beach chairs, etc. I also like the hooks hanging in the master bedroom and out on the lanai. Super handy for bathing suits, sun hats, etc. The pool area is nice and a fun place to hang out. An occasional sea turtle will hang out on the beach! Gas barbeques are a handy place to cook your dinner. The strip mall down the street has several yummy places to get food to go if you don't feel like cooking. We plan to return as soon as possible!
