* Er zal een zwembadbouwproject beginnen vanaf 23 september 2019, en totdat het project de aangrenzende appartementen heeft voltooid, hebben Hololani en The Valley Isle Resort ermee ingestemd om het gebruik van hun zwembaden en zwembaden te delen met iedereen die in Royal Kahana verblijft.
De Royal Kahana is een vooraanstaande resort aan het strand ligt halverwege tussen Kaanapali en Kapalua. Ons huis is voorzien van 1.287 vierkante meter aan leefruimte met wrap around veranda presentatie van onze spectaculaire uitzichten oceaan. Onze master slaapkamer aan de oceaan heeft een kingsize bed, een eigen badkamer, tv, een gezellige hoek met een gemakkelijke stoel voor comfortabel lezen en heeft een eigen toegang tot de oceaan Lanai. Had ik al gezegd onze Lanai is enorm! De logeerkamer slaapkamer heeft ook een kingsize bed, een eigen complete badkamer en tv.
We hebben een zeer grote woonkamer, die allemaal uitzicht op de oceaan, een piano, groot scherm TV, DVD, CD-speler en een piano als iemand zo geneigd om te vermaken. Onze eetkamer biedt voldoende plaats voor maximaal zes personen en onze keuken biedt alle nieuwe moderne apparatuur met veel keukengerei en nog wat!
De wasmachine en droger bevinden zich in de keuken in een bijkeuken voor extra gemak. En we hebben ook een extra half bad gelegen net buiten van de woonkamer. Onze centrale AC systeem draait koud en we hebben twee aparte units dus je kan aanpassen aan uw eigen persoonlijke comfort niveau.
De koningin slaapbank in de woonkamer zorgt voor de extra bedden voor maximaal 6 personen comfortabel. Of als u liever kinderbedje huren zijn verkrijgbaar via ons management bedrijf.
We genieten van een vrij trouwe terugkerende klanten die ons motiveert om onze eenheid te houden goed onderhouden. We bezoeken het huis vaak zelf, waardoor we de unit in topvorm kunnen houden. Onze tariefstructuur is naar onze mening een fantastische waarde, dus kom alsjeblieft en geniet van ons huis zo veel als wij!

Everything about this place was perfect! The views were amazing, we watched sea turtles all day and whales at night. The sunset was unreal!The beds were comfortable, it was a quiet perfect place for my mom and I for a week.

Our group of two couples enjoyed the condo and working with the host. We had no issues and spent hours on the beautiful lanai. We stayed at the Royal Kahana before and love the views from x10 and x11 condos.

Outstanding!
The area is quiet, the property is well-maintained, and the view of the sunsets from this beautiful unit are breathtaking. It was the perfect location for my husband, me, and our two adult children who were looking for a peaceful vacation, well away from the frenzy of a resort!

Easy check in - one free activity per day! Watching the Whales off the balcony was the best! Food within walking distance.

OUR GO TO PLACE IN MAUI!
We have stayed here several times and will always return to this unit. The LOCATION is right on the ocean! Love sitting on the lanai watching the ocean activity.

We loved this VRBO. It was the best place we’ve ever stayed. We spent most of our time there on the lanai. The only complaints I have is the bedroom nearest the ocean was way too hot for comfortable sleeping even with the fan on. We did figure out that it had its on thermostat but that didn’t make a difference. Second complaint is the furniture is super old & not comfortable at all; especially the couch! Get a new couch please!

Perfect for Whale Watching!
Our stay was for the 3rd week in January 2020 and we had a ring side seat for watching the whales frolicking right outside the condo. The condo was clean, and no signs of cockroaches, which was a relief. The pool was nice, too. Good location for trips to Lahaina and Kapalua. Would definitely re-book.

Short stay away
Just a short break frim everyday life in California. What an amazing property!!! View was spectacular. Home was clean fully decorated and amenities were top notch!’ I did not want to leave. Saw so many turtles but no whales this trip! But i will be back and hopefully stay here at 510 Royal Kahana!!’

Quick Family Trip from Vegas to Maui
This property looks exactly as listed. We really enjoyed our stay. We had a small issue but the management company took care of it right away. We loved it so much, we rebooked for January to whale watch. My only complaint is that the birds leave their calling card on the balcony and in the house, so keep the screen closed😉

Paradise View!
We have stayed in lots of vacation rentals over the years but this unit by far has the most incredible view ! When I booked this vacation my two criteria were oceanfront view and good space. We got both and then some. My husband and I traveled with our three college age daughters . We were all comfortable and loved spending our evenings turtle watching and waiting for another amazing sunset. The only downside was that there is not a swimmable beach due to beach erosion and there is construction going on in and around the building. This just means it will be even better on the next visit. .
