Sweet, bright home in the heart of Cape Cod

It's located perfectly between the busy part of the Cape where we love to rent kayaks and play mini-golf and the quiet side, where we love to go for Cape Cod Baseball, shopping and beaches. The skylights made it bright even on the one day we were completely rained in. The AC units are in the bedrooms, so not blocking light from living room windows, and cool the whole house. The home is beautifully appointed and we spent our mornings with coffee and tea in the sunroom.

The property was immaculate and we just love the location! It's a very easy walk to the beach as well as in a quiet location with very little traffic. Lovely cottage

Spent a week with a couple of girlfriends, we enjoyed the cottage very much. It was tastefully decorated and extremely clean. We were disappointed it did not have a washer/dryer and only found out the morning of check in. Also, the cottage only had one AC unit in the master bedroom, which we were aware of, but the cottage could really use one in the other bedroom. It made for very hot and uncomfortable sleeping in that room. Other than these two issues the cottage was great.

When we walk in it feels like home. love that I can be in the kitchen and still see everyone in the living room. The porch is a favorite place in the morning as is the deck I love the skylights which is a great place to watch a thunderstorm. It doesn't take long, just a few minutes to drive to West Dennis Beach. And close to a lot of places to eat and ice cream. We will be renting this cottage again.

There is a side porch which we used a lot to ’s close to West Dennis Beach. There are a lot of places close by to eat and most places have take out as well. It is also close to Stop & Shop, Cuffy’s , ice cream and gas station. We love to be on the deck it’s a perfect place for morning coffee or meals. We have used the grill several times. We plan on coming back later this year and next year. We would highly recommend this cottage.

There are three sky lights that can be opened which also let in a lot of light. We spend a lot of time in the side porch which has a second Tv and the deck we have used the grill for several meals. There is enough space in the master bedrooms closet and dresser for both of us. The second bedroom also has a good size dresser and closet. It is close to West Dennis beach. There is a family of bunnies that came to visit while we were there. We will be coming back to rent this cottage again.
