Geniet van de rivier de Guadalupe in je eigen achtertuin op deze omheinde, omheinde 4 hectare grote badkamer met 4 slaapkamers en 4 prachtige daken om te zitten, te ontspannen en naar de knollen te kijken! Niet wachten in lijn met de particuliere toegang tot de rivier op slechts een steenworp afstand van uw achterdeur! Dit huis ligt tussen de 2e de 3e brugkruising op River Road. Ruime keuken met een eiland, een grote eethoek en een woonkamer. De benedenverdieping beschikt over 2 slaapkamers met elk een queensize bed en een complete badkamer gunstig gelegen tussen hen in. Boven vindt u de grote slaapkamer met een kingsize bed en niet één maar twee badkamers, veel ruimte en een eigen overdekt terras met een adembenemend uitzicht op de rivier!
Aan de andere kant van de keuken is er een aparte grote kamer met uitzicht op de rivier en 3 queensize bedden. Er is een badkamer en douche in deze nieuwe toevoeging en 2 prachtige Franse deuren die beide uitkomen op het grote dek. Dit huis heeft alle comfort van thuis, inclusief wasmachine en droger, kabel-tv en WIFI. Gemakkelijke toegang tot rivieren en de perfecte ontsnapping voor vrienden en familie!
Er zijn prachtige tubehuren, pendeldiensten en entertainment op en neer River Road! De dichtstbijzijnde tube verhuur aan het huis is Billy Goat's Gruff. De beste vissen in de omgeving! Slechts een korte rit naar Gruene en het centrum van New Braunfels, die beide uitstekende eetgelegenheden, entertainment en tal van activiteiten bieden. Gruene Hall is de oudste danszaal in Texas en een beroemde bezienswaardigheid. Gruene biedt ook geweldige winkels, restaurants en wijnproeverijen. Great Friendsgiving Weekend!!!!

We are 4 couples and we travel together a couple of times a year. We had a great time at this property! It was perfect for meals, games and stories around the campfire. May have to go back in the summer to enjoy the river! Thanx for providing the perfect setting for our time together!!!!

Great location

Beautiful exterior and location could not be better. Could use some kitchen appliance upgrades. This is my family's second rental of this property and we enjoyed it. It just needs some appliance updates.

Wonderful property! Peaceful!

Every year a group of friends and us take a river trip. This was our first year booking this house, but it won’t be our last. The house and rooms were very spacious and easily accommodated our 10 guests. The front and back yards are huge! You won’t have to worry about parking or being to close to your neighbors. The grounds are maintained beautifully. There is easy access to the river in the backyard and a deck that over looks the water. I highly recommend this house to all.

Beautiful location with easy access to the river for lots of floating fun. Kitchen is large and had almost everything we needed for cooking. Could use a few more dish towels and more than one dish sponge. House is a bit dated. Though and could use a few updates. Corn hole available and a large charcoal grill. We enjoyed sitting outside on the porch

Great house needs some remodeling but overall spacious and right on the river. All the neighbors were nice and respectful. Had a great time on the river to cool off from the 110-degree temperatures that weekend. Kids had a blast.

It had everything we needed for a nice stay. It was clean and well maintained. The management company was extremely prompt and helpful in responding to any correspondence . It is about a 20 minute drive to get to Gruene and/or New Braunfels. The river behind the property is quiet and beautiful. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is needing a large, but comfortable space.

Nice Weekend

The home was easy to find. Check in process was easy. We were a little disappointed in that one oven was not working, the freezer in the refrigerator was not working (however another unit was provided), and there was some tree debris on the stairs down to the water. It was hard to see the water from the deck due to the large amount of vines and bushes growing up from the river. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We could not get the Wifi to work the entire weekend. This house is right on the water. The stairs down to the water were safe & sturdy.

The property needs some work/repairs. Pretty sure the electrical in the house isn’t up to code. The back porch and stairs have nail heads sticking up which causes accidents. The stairs to the river were covered in mud, from flooding I assume and there was no floating dock as noted on the wall when going out back doors. Lights in upstairs bathroom with shower have a delay before coming on. All door knobs are a bit loose. Microwave turntable doesn’t work. Ovens are very outdated and do not cook thoroughly. Raccoons are a nuisance. House isn’t terrible but definitely a little over priced.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was spacious and clean, but outdated, there were signs on appliances saying they didn't work, yard was overgrown, and patio furniture was dirty and limited for a house that accommodates so many people. We booked this house because we were attending a concert at Gruene Hall and VRBO listing stated 1.76 miles away, when we got address two days before our check in we mapped it and it was not, took 20+ minutes to get to Gruene Hall. We got the run around from VRBO, management said we could cancel and get a refund but by then no other houses were available in the location we wanted.

Hi Allen, we're sorry you felt the need to write such a nasty review. Upon booking VRBO had the home in the wrong location on the map which gave you the wrong information even though the listing description does not state anywhere that the home is 1.76 miles from Gruene. When we clarified that it was VRBO's mistake we did offer to cancel and refund you, you did not respond, you did have the choice to not stay at this property and you did choose to stay. Unfortunately with the mistake being on VRBO's end, there was nothing we were able to do for you. We hope you have better luck in the future finding the perfect rental. Thanks, NBE.
