Deze prachtige huis met 4 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers biedt een eigen, afgeschermd zwembad met een leuke gebogen glijbaan, een speelkamer, breedbandinternet en een patio net buiten de deur van het terras.

De volledig uitgeruste keuken is voorzien van een vaatwasser, magnetron, ijsblokjesmachine, broodrooster, mixer, sinaasappelpers, crockpot en een koffiezetapparaat. Alle kookgerei voorzien.

Het eetgedeelte biedt plaats aan zes aan tafel en vier extra in de ontbijthoek (uitzicht op het zwembad). Er is ook een eetbar met drie krukken. Er is tuinmeubilair om bij het zwembad te eten.
De woonkamer heeft een grote flatscreen-tv (44) met dvd. Ons huis heeft een volledige wasruimte met een wasmachine, droger en strijkijzer. Heeft ook een LP Gas BBQ Grill.

De grote suite heeft een 40-inch flatscreen-tv, een kingsize bed en een aangrenzend hoofdbad met een extra groot bad en een aparte douche. De jr. master suite heeft een tv met dvd, queensize bed en een eigen badkamer. Er zijn twee andere slaapkamers, elk met twee aparte bedden delen een badkamer tussen hen in.

Voor uw gemak worden er gratis een wieg, kinderstoel, kinderwagen en een paar poolspeelgoed verstrekt.

The house was spacious and perfect for a large family. While the home could use a few upgrades, we had a great stay overall. The TV in the living room was not working, but the host responded immediately and communicated well throughout the stay. I would definitely recommend this property and would happily book it again.

As life-long Floridians, we were so excited to be able to come back to Central Florida for vacation. The home was in great shape. Clean throughout. Whenever we had questions, we were able to directly communicate with both the owner and the property management company and they responded very quickly. No major issues to report! Would definitely consider coming back to this home in future trips to Central Florida!!

Thanks for your review and feedback also. We have addressed all the recommendation after conferting our propoerty from long-term rental to short-term Disney guest. We hvae repainted entire home, TV are replaced in the childrens rooms, furniture are replaced with new luxery sofa plus lot more. Great Location but needs some upkeep

The owner was good to work with and prompt in getting back to us. Upon checking in it appeared the house hadn't been cleaned in awhile. We vacuumed, cleaned the dishes, and had to wash some of the bedding. The pool needed to be cleaned as well, we notified the owner and he had it taken care of. However as the week went on it appeared that the pools filtration system needs some attention as it never cycled. We also had problems with the refrigerator/freezer and had to contact the owner to get a response from the property manager, it took them 2 1/2 days to get a technician there to "fix" the problem which really couldn't be fixed until after we left. Also 2 of the bedrooms TV's didn't work at all. Overall the house is in a great location, close to main Orlando attractions and a Super Wal-Mart for groceries. However I think that the house could definitely use some overall upkeep and maintenance.

Very disappointed

Worst place ever I arrive with my family and the place wasn’t cleaned at all, I took may pictures and sent it to the property manager and she didn’t care so i sent it to the owner same thing, they didn’t do anything about it to fix the problem, i understand the weather was bad but at least yo need to make it up to the guests, I requested to leave a little later and he said no because he has someone else check in, still to clean that house it’s not more that 2 hours and check in it’s a 4 and he denied it, also i have to be calling the owners to set the AC because it was too hot, every place I have been with my family I do have the access to it, I don’t have to be calling the management or the owners, completely disappointed, family of 6 people and it was only one toilet paper in each bathroom not towels paper no soap it was nothing at all And he has the nerve to tell me to comeback

Thanks for feedback. I spoke to guest. It seems like he is very particular about cleanning process. He gave us good tips how to check post cleanning to insure cleanning is done perfectly. Our home are cleanner after checkout plus sanitized. Thereafter our property manager performs post checkout cleanning inspection. I have a cleanning team that is working with us for more than 4 years. They work very hard to please our guest but it was very hard to please expert in cleanning.

Thanks for the feedback. FL heat is quite chellenging to the HVAC systems. Some times guest drop temp on thremostate ie 79 to 70 that time system freezes. When ever guest notifyed us we send technician immeditaely to address. So far we have not complain from our last few guest.

Terrible experience! BED BUGS, no slide for the pool as pictured in the listing, exposed wires in two locations, a foosball table with no ball, and a game room filled with boxes of what appeared to be useless crap, sub par appliances and not even close to a fully stocked kitchen, needed to be cleaned when we got there. We were not on the list for entry we had to contact the host at 10pm and wait 20 mins to be let in. Kitchen counters and tables were dusty and not clean. The blinds above the sliding glass doors which appeared to be from circa 1992 fell off the track just from trying to open them to get to the patio. The host was contacted immediately He told us someone would be there the following day (Sunday) to fix them. The property manager did not come until Monday. In that time we realized that the tv in the main living area was not working, we were told that the property manager could fix it. Come Monday the property manager shows up and does absolutely nothing. So the blinds remained in a heap in front of the sliding glass doors for the remainder of our stay. Monday we were told that someone would be out the following day (Tuesday) to fix the tv, it was fixed on Wednesday and we were leaving Friday morning. If your kids are excited about a slide for the pool they’ll be very disappointed to find out that it is no longer there. BED BUGS IN THE TWIN ROOM!! Also sent pics to host and was told they would do something for us. Absolutely nothing was done. Awful experience.

Nice property, helpful owner

We had a great short stay at this property for a couple of Disney days and a family wedding. Working with the owner ahead of our trip was an excellent experience! We needed wheelchair accessibility for a power wheelchair, and he was kind enough to provide a short ramp to help us get the chair up the 2-3" step into the home. It was spacious in the living areas and not overloaded with furniture, which was super helpful so our son could move around the home in his chair. We were able to make showers work with the walk in showers as well. We greatly appreciated the excellent communication and the above and beyond service to allow the home to be accessible to us! Those who need these features know how important they are and how rare to find. The weather was a little cool, so the pool was a bit too chilly for us to use. We ended up using the community pool, which was very nice and warmer since it gets more sun. The community game room looked fun if you have little ones. Pool has a full bar, which was an unexpected bonus! A couple of suggestions might be adding a few pool towels, and hand towels for the bathrooms. We only found bath towels and washrags. It might also be nice to provide a couple of trash bags since those cannot be purchased in small quantities usually. We were able to get by with the one provided plus using some grocery bags for trash since our stay was short and we were gone most of the time. Also the garage photo needs updated since all of those items are no longer in the garage room. Perhaps it is being updated? Did not affect our trip but it might for those who have young kids. Overall a very nice property located in a beautiful and secure neighborhood. We would definitely stay again when visiting the Orlando area. Best family Christmas we had in lovely home

The reservation process was excellent painless. We were communicated with all the details on time along-with tips for the Disney vacation. Additional details were given how to access the local restaurants and shopping center. The house is in excellent condition we all enjoyed in this lovely home, we had lots of fun plus good memory from our stay. The owner had communicated with us from time to time.. we will visit again and stay in the same property

Very clean, perfect for family

We went to Orlando with family to visit Disney World and we stayed in this house. It had modern upgrades and amenities, conveniently located near the theme parks, roomy and spacious. I would stay here again.
