Deze twee slaapkamers twee badkamers golf front condo is gelegen op de zesde verdieping van onze Grand Tower Building. Het geweldige uitzicht vanaf het condominium is ideaal voor het kijken naar de zonsondergangen! Vanwege de locatie is het een korte wandeling naar ons witte kwartsstrand. Dit prachtig ingerichte condominium is perfect voor een Siesta Key-vakantie. De hoofdslaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed en de gastenslaapkamer heeft twee grote bedden, die beide een 32-inch flatscreen-tv voor uw plezier hebben. De woonkamer is uitgerust met een 40-inch flatscreen-tv met HD-service. Om te voldoen aan de brandcode van Sarasota County is het maximale aantal gasten dat in deze unit mag slapen zes. De grote badkamer heeft een inloopdouche en de gastenbadkamer heeft een bad / douchecombinatie. De open keuken heeft granieten werkbladen en roestvrijstalen apparatuur en een overvloed aan kasten. Het is volledig uitgerust met alle items die je nodig hebt om te koken - potten / pannen, borden, bestek, broodrooster en koffiezetapparaat en een Keurig koffiezetapparaat. Het appartement heeft tegels in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte en vloerbedekking in de slaapkamers. Op de comfortabel ingerichte open patio kunt u genieten van onze warme tropische briesjes.

Check in desk was fast and efficient. The condo was exceptional probably worth 1.5 Million. Great Sunsets and convenient restaurants. The Beach is groomed daily with readily available Umbrella's and chairs. Many units in this complex are enclosing the balcony with glass, I was happy to hear that this end unit will remain open to fresh air and ocean sounds.

I have stayed in the tower many times. This room had the least amount of toiletries/ beach utensils/ kitchen maintenance upkeep/ cleaning supplies. Best view of all, great bed comfort
