Amazing Stay

The property was spacious and very clean. With a travel party of 30, this property had more than enough space for everyone. The location right on the beach was ideal for enjoying the beach. The views from the balcony were amazing to wake up to each morning.

Perfect for large groups

The house was everything we wanted and needed. Great bed space, so much space to eat and spread out having our group all in one area for activities. Definitely recommend!

Softballer’s Dream

Our entire high school softball team loved everything about this beach house and all the fun close by!Plenty of room to practice on the beach, cook for entire team and make memories!

Great Reunion!

We loved the property. Plenty of room for our family reunion. The kitchen is well appointed. Our littles loved the pool and we appreciated the close proximity to the beach. Would definitely rent again!

Three Moms + 30 college girls

This house is perfect for large groups. It’s right on the beach. Our girls parasailed, road the banana boat thing, played volleyball and hung out on the beach with all of their friends. The beds were comfy and the kitchen/den had plenty of room for all to eat & hang out. Balconies on every floor, a nice pool and outdoor grilling & seating. And tons of nearby restaurants & shopping. I highly recommend!

Family stay

We had 3 generations visiting. The place was perfect for family event. Close to restaurants and less than 5min to grocery stores and Walmart! Near shopping stores in walking distance. Rentals for parasailing and beach supplies right in front of the house. Price for this place was great! I recommend getting the full house for your family event! Matinace was on call 7 days a week for any problems that may arise. I only had 1 minor problem is was fixed within the hour! Great staff. I also recommend getting the seaside view. It was amazing! Easy check in.

A great way to end our tour!

This was a tour group of actors/actresses who had been on tour for a month. The house was the PERFECT way to get to spend time together and not in hotels. The location, easy access to the beach, the pool, the balconies, etc. were all perfect. I'm glad we didn't have to use the bunk beds; they would have been tough for adults. My only complaint would be that the couch is in pretty poor condition and probably needs to be replaced. But, we had a BLAST!!

Great stay!

Property was overall amazing. It had a little insect problem, but if treated can definitely be rectified. Elevator definitely need to be upgraded. Was unable to use majority of the time, which made it hard for some of our elderly and handicapped women, but every time we call maintenance came out and reset it. After the 3rd time it stopped working right after the maintenance guy left (we never used it) and I never called again. But honestly, other than these small issues, the house is amazing, and had the perfect location. The representative was very nice, and professional every time I called. We will definitely use this company again.

House was exactly as described. Wonderful place for our very large family and loved the open living room/kitchen. We had a few maintenance issues but the maintenance staff responded quickly and handled each issue promptly and courteously. The pool was quite full at times due to sharing with the other 3 houses. The beach view was amazing! Our family really enjoyed the house and their time while there even with the all our little ones. Property management staff were superb and very communicative as well as answered all questions. Enjoyed our stay!!!

Just What We Needed

Our family suffered a few big losses and we needed a week to celebrate life and rejuvenate our spirits! The pictures didn't do the house justice. It was beautiful and the location was perfect! We're already planning for the Summer of 2022!

Corporate retreat

This property fit our group well and the location was perfect. I would suggest a better cleaning of the floors and some higher quality towels. Other than that, I recommend this rental for your next trip.

Weathering the storm!

This is an older property but our room was nice and clean and we had plenty of room. Great location and steps to the beach. The kitchen was stocked well. I would recommend this room. The property stairs could use some lighting. We stayed during hurricane zeta and felt very safe.
