Orkaan Dorian is geslaagd, er is GEEN schade aan de flat of het complex en we staan open voor zaken !!!

Deze Deluxe Direct Ocean Front Corner Condo op Sandcastles heeft een uitzicht op de oceaan vanaf het eigen balkon en de slaapkamer !!! Dit ruime condominium heeft twee slaapkamers, twee badkamers en een volledige keuken met alle voorzieningen.

De hoofdslaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed en de andere slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en een vol (dubbel) bed. De master badkamer heeft een bad dat groot genoeg is voor twee en er zijn dubbele zijn en haar wastafels !!! Er is kabel-tv in de woonkamer en de slaapkamer. We hebben onlangs NIEUW woonkamermeubilair toegevoegd, waaronder een luxe luie jongensstoel.

Faciliteiten beschikbaar in het condominiumcomplex omvatten verwarmd buitenzwembad, bubbelbad en tennisbaan. Er is veel privéparkeergelegenheid. Zeer schoon en netjes !!!

Lokale attracties zijn onder andere het Cape Canaveral (Kennedy) Space Center, Sterling Casino Cruise Lines, Ron Jon's Surf Shop, Ocean Fishing en Golfen. Bekijk de Space Shuttle vanaf het strand. Minder dan een uur ten noorden is de Daytona Speedway of ga verder langs de kust om de prachtige Sint-Augustinus te verkennen. Het complex ligt op slechts enkele minuten afstand van de Cocoa Beach Pier en de Boardwalk. Bekijk het nachtleven in 'Coconuts on the Beach', 'Heidi's Jazz Club', 'Cocoa Beach Pier', 'The Beach Shack' of 'The China Beach Lounge'.

Sandcastles bevindt zich in Cocoa Beach, ongeveer een uur rijden van Orlando, Disney World en de luchthaven. Dat klopt, ongeveer een uur rijden van de belangrijkste attracties van Orlando, waaronder Disney World, Universal Studios, Epcot Center, Sea World, MGM Studios en Animal Kingdom. U zult op een perfecte locatie zijn om het meeste uit uw vakantiedagen te halen !!!

'SPECIAAL' - De meeste weken in de FALL na 10 september zijn op speciale indien geboekt van zaterdag tot zaterdag !!!

Meestal verhuren we per week van zaterdag tot zaterdag en als u een hele 7 dagen boekt, krijgt u meestal minimaal 10% korting voor de week. Soms houden we ons tijdens het langzame seizoen niet aan een wekelijks schema en staan soms kortere huurverblijven toe. VRBO / HomeAway tariefsysteem maakt het ons moeilijk om deze flexibiliteit in ons tariefschema op te nemen. Als u dus op een andere dag (behalve zaterdag) wilt komen of vertrekken of als u minder dan 7 dagen wilt blijven, neem dan contact op met de eigenaar voordat u boekt.

On the Beach and Friendly
The property was as advertised, clean, and perfect for the beach (tile floors). The bathrooms were a little dated but also very clean. We really appreciated the use of the beach chairs, beach towels and extra sheets for our two-week stay. The area was also very convenient.

A nice stay
The only complaints I have are that the master shower needs non-slip sticky strips (very slippery) and that the housekeeping service didn’t clean beside the beds/nightstands, also that the curtains and ceiling fans were dusty. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay. The view of the beach was spectacular. The noise level was low and the pool/spa was fantastic.

Perfect Location!! Well maintained unit
We stayed here for a week splitting our time between the beach and universal theme parks. Great location. Beautiful views. Well appointed unit. Easy drive to the theme parks in Orlando. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again in the future.

The location was nice for the beach and incredible views of the sunrise right off the balcony. We had the opportunity to see two rocket launches from the condo. Close to dining, grocery, and entertainment overall it worked well for us.

We stayed here the night before our cruise out of port Canaveral. There 5 of us, 2 teens and 3 adults. There was plenty of room. The master bedroom had a king bed and private bathroom. The other bedroom has 2 queens i believe and is next door to the other bathroom. There is a laundry room which was helpful for a last minute laundry refresh. The views from the balcony were amazing. The sliding door opens up and it felt like bringing the outdoors inside. The furniture was newer.and nice. The master bedroom was clean and well appointed. The other bedroom though was not as clean. My daughter went to set something on the window sill and when she picked it back up it was covered in dust. When she pulled back her sheets, there was hairs, like the sheets hadnt been changed though the bed was made. She then had dropped her airpods and they went under the bed, when she went to retrieve them there was random kleenex and trash under the bed. While this did work out fine for pur 1 night stay, if your staying longer i would just dpuble check everything is clean. We also struggled with getting the keypad on the front door to lock after we unlocked it. One more tip, the master bathroom tile around the shower becomes very slippery when you get out of the shower, so be very careful!

Right on the beach, very spacious. All the amenities that you would look for in a beach condo. very quiet. You are able to see the rocket launches at Cape Canaveral on the balcony.

Construction
We were not told about the construction going on around the condominium until a couple of days prior to going down there. The only day we got to enjoy was Sunday, the day after we checked in. The rest of the week was horrible! The construction noise was so annoying. It was not a vacation at all. So disappointed! This resort only care about making money and not about your family enjoyment. If they would of been honest and transparent with me from the start I would of thanked them and booked at a different time.

Relaxation just steps from the beach
Amazing direct ocean views from the balcony. Able to watch sunrise every morning without leaving the balcony. Less than 100 yard walk to beach. Huge, sparkling pool. Very clean complex with management on site. Condo was very well furnished and Ron was very attentive. We will definitely stay again.

This is a very nice condo, with everything you need. the washer and dryer and dish washer were new and very nice. The owner is great to work with. my wife and myself had a great time and would come back. I would highly recommend this condo.

Thank you for consider renting our Vacation Home! This is where we go to get away from it all so we try to keep it in great shape. Each condominium in Sandcastles is owned by individual owners some of which rent out their vacation home like we do and some that live in them all or part of the year. Although it doesn’t have daily maid service and someone available onsite to take care of your every need it has most of the trapping of a nice resort. There are always going to be little issues that crop up from time to time so if you see small items that can wait to be fixed or you can think of things to make the place better send an email.
