Dit prachtige strand huis is in Seagrove gelegen tussen de gemeenschappen van Seaside en Rosemary Beach langs de smaragdgroene wateren van Hwy 30A. Alles wat je zou willen in een zee ervaring wacht u in deze ruime 2500 vierkante voet naar huis verscholen in Cassine Village, een van Seagrove de beste familie-georiënteerde buurten. Onze vakantie woning is liefdevol verzorgd en we weten dat u zich meteen thuis voelen het moment dat je door de tuindeuren.

Met drie grote slaapkamers op de tweede verdieping en meester op de begane grond, dit huis heeft de perfecte lay-out voor uw familie en gasten. De oversized woonkamer is een zeldzaamheid in dit gebied en zitplaatsen is voldoende. Een ruime, goed gevulde keuken is een plus, samen met een eethoek voor 11 personen, een handige buitendouche (die wel warm water heeft!) en wasruimte zij-ingang. De wasruimte heeft ook een extra koelkast!

Alle voorzieningen worden aangeboden in deze gezellige gemeenschap, waaronder zwemmen in een van onze twee zwembaden, tennis, basketbal en een vijf minuten lopen langs onze dichtgemetseld trottoirs naar de ongerepte stranden van de Costa Smeralda. De kinderen kunnen het natuurpad of vis te verkennen vanaf de brug over onze gemeenschap vijver. En, kunnen ze genieten van hun fietsen langs onze rustige straten of de familie kan trappen naar Seaside. Er zijn 26 mijl van de fiets / wandelroutes langs de Scenic Highway 30A. Als het tijd is voor een verfrissing, is het maar een korte wandeling voor een pizza in Brozini's (best op 30A) of je favoriete pastagerecht bij Angelina's. Reserveringen maken bij Café 30A (ook op loopafstand) voor een luxe eetervaring, of fiets naar Goatfeather's Seafood voor de vangst van de dag.

We liked the quiet neighborhood, community pools, tennis & basketball courts. We also liked the easy beach access, quick walk to One Seagrove, bike path to Seaside or Eastern Lake, and the proximity to restaurants, ice cream, and Goatfeathers! Would definitely choose this location again. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking for 9 people. The management company was quick to respond when we needed them (a couple of chairs were broken when we arrived) and took good care of us. Thanks for a great week!

Beautiful home great beach getaway

It is a short walk to beach and restaurants and some shopping. The home is beautiful only con was furniture needs cleaning and so do many spots on the walls, but overall clean.

The house is adorable and the location cannot be beat-within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, ice cream shops, souvenir shops, nature trails and a short trip into Seaside. The layout of the house was perfect for our two families and we used the screened porches every day. The beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever found in a rental and the extra fridge was a bonus! Benchmark Management was so easy to work with and we are already planning to come back next summer!

House was very well equipped and we only needed one thing while we were there and benchmark quickly delivered. My only complaint would be that the two community pools are much smaller than they appear in photos and very crowded since it was peak season.

The house was spacious and full of thoughtful touches. The kitchen was very well stocked, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the numerous hooks to hang wet suits and towels on were so helpful, and the front porch was an absolute dream. It was beautifully decorated and made our beach vacation even more enjoyable. We loved every second we spent there! The management company was so quick to respond as well when the disposal quit working. They were so prompt, and had it fixed by the end of the day. It truly was a wonderful home!

Highly recommend this lovely home.
