Kom en ervaar de geweldige Alabama Gulf Coast op Windward Pointe 402! Deze unit is nieuw op de verhuurmarkt en zal zeker een geweldige vakantie-ervaring bieden voor u en uw gezin. Unit 402 heeft roestvrijstalen apparaten en een ruime, volledig gevulde keuken voor al uw amusementsbehoeften. Er zijn voldoende zitplaatsen aan de eettafel en bar voor een meer traditionele uitstraling en vervolgens in de woonkamer voor een meer ontspannen sfeer. Flatscreen-tv's overal en gratis WiFi zorgen ook voor die moderne entertainment-accenten. Als u klaar bent, zult u zeker een goede nachtrust vinden in een van de drie slaapkamers die unit 402 te bieden heeft. Er is een kingsize bed en een eigen badkamer in de master, een queensize bed in gastenslaapkamer 2 en vervolgens 2 tweepersoonsbedden in gastenslaapkamer 3. Beide gastenkamers delen de tweede complete badkamer.
Er is veel buiten te doen in de omgeving en u kunt beginnen op het grote balkon met uitzicht op het zwembad en de prachtige Golf van Mexico. Dit balkon is gemakkelijk te bereiken vanuit de woonkamer en ook vanuit de masterbedroom. U kunt ook profiteren van de andere geweldige voorzieningen die Windward Pointe te bieden heeft. Er is een promenade die je naar het strand brengt en buitendouches voor als je terugkomt. Het buitenzwembad is aan de golfzijde en heeft een grote ligweide met het kinderbad niet te ver weg. Het grillgedeelte is hier ook samen met een overdekte gemeenschappelijke ruimte met een tv. Het verwarmde binnenzwembad is ook een goede keuze en u kunt hier ook de hot tub, de trainingsruimte en de stoom- / saunaruimte vinden. Terug naar buiten voor nog meer activiteit zijn de tennis-, basketbal- en shufflebordbanen! We didn't have the best first impression with the condo outside, little dirty and lots of overflowing trash in bins. The door mats really old and dirty but once we entered the condo was beautiful. It was very sandy which I understand that it is probably hard to clean. We did sweep up a huge pile of sand but they need a dustpan :) Then on the deck we did the same. The furniture on balcony was quite cheap for such an expensive condo. I was on trip with 3 grandsons so they didn't mind anything mentioned but I would have been disappointed had it been a girl's trip. The pool area is nice, and of course all we were there for was the Gulf and it never disappoints.

Perfect beach getaway

Loved the property. Its in a great location in Orange Beach with plenty of restaurants around. I need to find out what kind of beds they have in the rooms because those were super comfortable.

Multiple stays

We've stayed at Windward Point multiple times over the years and always enjoy the location, the unit, and the amenities. A few minor things this time around (which wouldn't deter us from booking again) were: sports court was closed for renovation and this was not disclosed before our arrival, hot tub was not working, dishwasher sounded like the motor was about to give out, master bathroom sink faucet handle was not attached so it spun around and/or came off, master bathroom tub drained very slowly, and one of the master bathroom towel racks was not securely tightened to the wall so it came off a few times.

Great view, maintenance staff (building and Prickett Prop.) were efficient. Kitchen well equipped, beds comfortable, air conditioning worked well, the heated indoor pool was great for kids since outdoors was chilly, hose to wash off beach sand was well positioned, condo fresh appealing appearance. Fishers of men scripture plaque made me smile. Improvements are label stove top controls and fix time setting of dryer.

Annual beach trip

This condo was perfect for us! We had six adults and 2 babies with us and we were comfortable! Easy access to three grocery stores and easy access to the beach! I would recommend this condo to anyone!

Condo was not the cleanest but doable. Just needs some TLC. Patio light never worked called maintance multiple times, kitchen sink leaked had to have plumber come and fix it. Multiple outlets not working. WiFi didn’t work for a couple days we had to reset the router with the help of the maintenance guy over the phone. We were locked out of the condo for about an hour because the keypad went dead and we had no other way to enter. Had to call maintanance at 10pm at night and wait for him to get there. He was able to locate a key at their office and let us in and allow him to fix the keypad. Did have great beach access. Easy access to restaurants and shopping.

Everything was great! We did have the dryer stop working but they were prompt in fixing. We had a wonderful time and would go back to the Windward again.

The condo was decorated nicely! View was wonderful ! Communication was excellent. Does need some minor maintenance .The Master bathroom needs replacement of a towel rack. Also floors did not look clean in corner area of bathroom. The knob to the faucet in the guest bathroom needs cleaning or replacing. Doors in kitchen where washing machine is did not close. Would be nice to have blankets provided. Overall nice condo ,just not as updated as some.

Convenient and affordable

This was a nice unit at Windward Pointe and I love that it was on the fourth floor! Not too high up with an incredible view. The unit could use a new stove and a few updates, but overall for the rental price, it was fabulous!

Great view

This was an amazing place. Room may need a fresh coat of paint here and there, and some blackout shades for the 2 bedrooms that have windows facing the outside hall. View is spectacular and watching the sun rise every morning on a deserted beach was fabulous.

Windward Pointe

Overall just a decent stay. Never saw anyone clean pools and kiddie pool was always dirty. No hair dryer, but otherwise most things we needed in kitchen. Could use updating - cabinets, doors, all showing wear and tear. Good views and large porch were nice.

Always lovely in Orange Beach

Sheets, bedding, and towels were very clean. The floor plan and view were great. However, I marked down to a 4 because cushions on 2 living room chairs and patio furniture were soiled and needed to be steam cleaned. Perhaps they will be cleaned or replaced by next season. We will definitely stay here again.

Fun and relaxing

It was great time with family young and older! Condo was nice and near stores and restaurants! Only thing which has nothing to do with condo but there were so many jellyfish we couldn’t get in ocean cause when we did we got stung. Guess this time of year was bad for them. But still had fun at pool and places around condo Would definitely stay again

Our family has stayed in many different condos over the years. Here's what I loved about this one...-VERY close to the water and beautiful spot. -Smaller building so it was easy to get in and out of. -Amazing view, large balcony. -Very clean (except the floor was very dirty...not just sand as that is a normal battle, but dirt. Needs scrubbing.) -Nice kitchen with everything we needed. -Quiet. -Nice pool and outside bathrooms with easy access.A few things that were not so great... -The patio furniture is very old and crummy. Dirty thin cushions, cheap plastic chairs. For the price folks pay, this could be improved with minimal costs. -The dryer sticks out from the closet it's in so that the door cannot be closed. Again, easy fix considering what people are paying. -The size was perfect for the 4 of us; it would be cramped with 8 people. Just be aware.
