Located in the quiet community of Lost Key, this newly built, pet-friendly townhome offers three bedrooms and two and a half baths. Even Rover will have his own space in a large dog kennel in the home. The main living area is on the second floor of the townhome, and the covered balcony offers views of the Gulf of Mexico across the street. The garage downstairs is available for guest use, and a propane grill makes for easy preparation of meals along with the fully equipped kitchen. All bedrooms are on the third floor of the home, and the two guest rooms get views of the Gulf as well. Each bedroom offers smart televisions for streaming. Plenty of space for the kids with the full over full bunk and twin trundle. The community includes features such as five miles of jogging and biking trails, two pools (one gulf front), a fitness center, and a beach shuttle. Perdido Key is as far west as Florida goes. On the Florida/Alabama line sits Flora-Bama- a complex with many gulf front bars, riverfront restaurants, and a marina offering fishing charters and more to spend a day on the water. In Orange Beach, find many restaurants such as Cobalt, a local’s favorite for lunch or dinner, or The Ruby Slipper Café for breakfast or brunch. The Wharf at Orange Beach has even more restaurants and entertainment options. This home is also less than 13 miles from Naval Air Station Pensacola, home of the world-famous Blue Angels!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
