5/5Everything was perfect. Instruction was clear and very easy to understand. Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and spacious. The area was nice and quiet and everything was in driving distance.Would definitely come back again if the same spot was open!?

We came back again this year because we had an amazing experience last year! We received an unexpected welcome basket. Thank you! The Destination Big Bear team was great at communicating and sending technicians out to handle our requests. A bar stool was broken and they took it to the shop to fix it and they brought it back during our weekend stay. The kitchen sink was leaking so they took a look at that as well. They fixed the cabinet door on the coffee table. There was leftover food left rotting in a pan in the pantry and they apologized and took it away. There was also leftover food in the third refrigerator in the garage. We had enough towels for everyone! More kitchen towels would be helpful, More trash bags would be helpful too. I brought my own. Cutting boards would have been appreciated. We brought our own as well. We used the theater to watch a movie and it was great. The glass windows in the dining room have shades now but more fans would be great. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to come again next year.

House is exceptional. Only thing lacking was the checking out procedures. We wanted to make sure we missed nothing. House is in great condition at a great location.

Beautiful Home in the perfect location!

We got away for a quick weekend and LOVED the house and it was in the perfect location. We could not get the airconditioning to work which made for not great sleep. But the property managers dropped off fans for our final night

A Good Time Was Had By All.

Great home that sets up nice for big mulit family vacation. Fun entertainment. Close to town. It might be time to replace the propane grill. We found dirty and it doesn't work. Other than that we would stay again.

This property is managed by Destination Big Bear so you are mainly in communication with them. You actually have to pay them directly as payment does not go through Vrbo. It would have been nice to know that because I couldn't figure out how to pay through Vrbo. Check-in was easy and we were able to check-in 30 minutes early by calling. Definitely bring paper towels because they only provided one roll. There are some things that are in need of repair: handheld shower head need to be replaced, a golf ball hit one of the big windows, the pull out sofa couch is very worn down and needs to be replaced but nothing major. The kitchen should be stocked with more kitchen towels; we only encountered one. A full set of measuring cups and spoons would be beneficial and cutting boards. The home is very spacious and the common areas are able to accommodate our party of 16 comfortably. The hot-tub was a nice feature but we wish it would have gotten hotter. The back yard is fully fenced in so you don't have to worry about your dogs running out. However stay out with them because there are coyotes. Check-out was great, just take out all trash to the designated dumpster and start the dish washer. Late check out is done online, but very convoluted. We loved this property and will definitely be coming back.
