Pelican Walk 204 is a Gulf Front PET FRIENDLY 1 bedroom - 2 bath Condo featuring a king bed in the bedroom with a private bath, queen sleeper sofa in Living room, a second bathroom for guests, and a Gulf front balcony! Sleeps up to four guests at Pelican Walk Gulf front condominiums.
Unit 204 has a KING bed in the bedroom, 2 full size bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen the opens to the dining and living area. The Living area has a queen size sleeper sofa for guests. The Gulf front balcony overlooks the East pool and has a beautiful view of the beach and Gulf! This condo is PERFECT for families or couples with a PET! Staying in 204 gives you easy access taking your pup out to the Pelican Walk designated dog area!

Located close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, arcades, go cart tracks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! Pelican Walk is one of the few PET FRIENDLY condos in Panama City Beach! The Pelican Walk Owner Association Pet Policy allows up to TWO (2) dogs per condo and each dog must weigh 20 lbs or under. All dogs must be registered upon arrival and each will be issued a Pelican Walk Leash Sleeve. *Pet fee is $150/pet charged by the Pelican Walk Owners Association. Pet fee is non-refundable.
*All Pets must be fully housetrained! Guests must have pet occupancy approved at the time of booking. Please provide weight and breed of dog to be added to the reservation. Guests that have a qualifying service animal must request accommodations at the time of booking.
