Prachtig ingericht, deze 2 slaapkamers, 1. 25 1e verdieping appartement ligt aan de rivier de Fraser. Wij bieden onze gasten alle gemakken van thuis (opgewaardeerd beddengoed en handdoeken, haardrogers, papierwaren, zeep en lotion), plus gratis koffie, thee, warme chocolademelk en kruiden.

2018: Nieuw plafond, verlichting, koelkast, vaatwasser, magnetron en kasten in de keuken.

2019: Nieuw tapijt in slaapkamers, familiekamer en hal. Nieuw 1/4 bad in MBR.

Dit appartement slaapt comfortabel maximaal zeven personen: slaapkamer met queen lodge pool bed, prive ijdelheid (1/4 bad) en stapelbare wasmachine / droger voor kleine ladingen. Tweede slaapkamer met twee lits jumeaux poolbedden en een extra twin matras. Er is een lederen sectionele fauteuil / slaapbank in de woonkamer. Douche en toilet (3/4 bad) zijn gescheiden van gootsteen / ijdelheid (1/4 bad).

Genesteld in de dennen, met uitzicht op de rivier met een fantastisch uitzicht op de bergen, dit appartement is slechts 2 tot 5 minuten lopen naar een verscheidenheid aan restaurants en winkels.

Ons appartement is uitgerust met een dvd-speler / videorecorder en veel films, en drie kabel-tv's plus wifi. We hebben ook kaarten, spellen en boeken beschikbaar voor gebruik tijdens uw verblijf.

Volledige keuken-alle gebruiksvoorwerpen, inclusief crock pot en verwende chef-stenen. Open haard en grote tv in de woonkamer.

GRATIS SKI-SHUTTLE-bus haalt je op net buiten het gebouw - SLECHTS 2 SNELLE MIJLEN worden afgeleverd direct bij de skiliften!

De recreatie- / gezondheidsclub omvat een binnenzwembad, 3 bubbelbaden, een speelkamer (pooltafel, airhockey, videospelletjes, kabel-tv), kleedkamer, douches (badlakens voor $ 1) en wasfaciliteiten met munten.

Seizoensgebonden activiteiten zijn skiën, wandelen, fietsen, lef, rodelen / slangen, vissen, jagen, varen en golfen. Veel wandel- en fietspaden beginnen direct buiten het appartement.

Great location next to river, felt private, walkable to everything! Fully stocked kitchen, board games, etc. Only very small critique- has a very very tiny bathroom which is literally hard to get in and out of without stepping in the shower- which limits accessibility.

Cozy condo riverfront
We stayed for a couple of days just as a quick getaway. The owner was great with communication and very helpful! The condo is cozy and comfortable and dogs are allowed which was a bonus for us! The river right outside was lovely to listen to and walk by. There is only one VERY small bathroom but has nice shower. Easily walkable to several restaurants. Overall the place was clean with necessities provided. There did seem to be a backlog of laundry piled in closet. We did not use the recreation amenities like pool or hot tub but the building looked very nice!

Dog friendly, close to town, cozy condo!
Our family of four plus dog really enjoyed this property. Diana, the owner, was extremely communicative and very quickly responded with our questions. The condo is well appointed. The rec center nearby is a newer building and we really enjoyed access to the pool and hot tub. Right out the front door there is a river and trail access which was great to walk the dog. The overall space isn't overly large, however, worked perfect for the four of us on vacation. The toilet area is small but obviously was made that way to accommodate the shower remodel which is really nice. Sometimes we could hear neighbors above walking around but it wasn't enough noise that I would call it a bother. There are a lot of trinkets in the home which give it a very personal feel. A big perk was how close this condo is in walking distance to town. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to rent it again.

Diana was great to work with. Addressed all questions quickly. Very accommodating. Loction is literally 80 steps from the front door to the ski bus stop. Restaraunts and a nice grocery store -Fireside market, within walking distance. Restaraunts can get busy with extended wait times, so it is nice to have the well equipped kitchen. Cozy little spot, comfy couches, updated kitchen and bath. Not luxury, but very comfortable.

Good Location - Small Bathroom
The property is in a great location and is on the ground floor of the complex. So that is a positive, however there are a few things wrong with the property too. On my next trip to Winter park we will be choosing a different location. The first issue we had is the small bathroom. Just like everyone else stated in there reviews it is so small you have to get into the shower to shut the door. If you are a larger individual don't pick this place because you will have major troubles getting in. the second issue is that the main light switch is next to the fridge. We had to have our kids turn on the lights because we could not get our hands in between the fridge to turn on the light. The third thing is the pull out couch. The mattress on the couch is so thin it is like sleeping on springs. I have never seen a mattress that thin before. So in conclusion in you don't care about the small bathroom, trying to get lights on and not going to have someone sleep on the couch this is a good charming place. However, we give it an average rating.

Great location
Walking distance to virtually everything. We brought our dog with us and appreciated all the hiking trails right outside the door and even more a short walk away. Walked to Deno’s (our favorite but make sure to make a reservation) for dinner one night. Nice being on the first floor. Only downside was the tiny bathroom and kitchen. But since there were only two of us it worked fine. Would have been tough with our kids fighting for the toilet and shower. Kitchen is functional for one person only..,our kids wouldn’t have minded that feature. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Clean, quiet reasonable, condo on the river. Owner replied quickly to any questions. Only drawback, bathroom is extremely small . Sinks are outside of bathroom. Kitchen equipped well but no place to put any groceries if you bring stuff with you except on the counter which is also the eating area. Loved the location to winter park area.

Overall great stay and would book again. Diana responds quickly to any questions. Can't beat the location right by the water and walking distance to many places. I believe it is still listed with inaccurate info about number of bedrooms/bathrooms. The 1 bathroom is challenging to navigate based on size. It is kind of the host to allow pets but unfortunate the some may not watch over their pets as there is some odor. However, this was a great experience and the 1st time we have ever stayed in a place thru vrbo. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space. Much appreciated.

My brother and I own this condo with our spouses to help our kids have more fun in the snow on the weekends & over breaks. We enjoy using it for family time when it is not rented out. It is our getaway in the ski town in the mountains.

We enjoy skiing in Winter Park as a family, and my sister and brother in law own a 3 bedroom condo in Hi Country Haus. We would come up on the weekends and stay at their place. Our dream was to own one of our own someday. My goal was to wait until our youngest was done with daycare. Needless to say we started looking right away and found the condo of our dreams. We purchased it with my brother & his family from Cincinnati. I manage the property and he comes out at least once a year to enjoy it with his family/friends. It has been a great investment and we are thankful VRBO has referred us so many wonderful renters.

Wat deze accommodatie uniek maakt

We enjoy the hot tubs. We cruise up on Friday nights so we can relax in the hot tubs at the rec center. We also enjoy them each day after we ski. Most of all I enjoy the fact that I don't have to clean them or maintain them. We enjoy the coziness of the condo yet the kids have the retreat of going in the bedroom and watching their own TV shows. I enjoy the beauty of the condo being on the first floor with a view of the Fraser River. Nice to hear when the windows are open.
