Inside, this condo has been recently remodeled and finished with upscale decor. Enter through a shaded porch to be greeted by a bright living room with a sofa, a fireplace, and a TV mounted to the brick hearth. A stone arch frames the kitchen, beautifully equipped with stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry, and a peninsula breakfast bar. The thoughtfully decorated bedroom has a TV.

Here at Hi Country Haus, you'll have access to all sorts of amenities in a lovely riverside setting. Enjoy a pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a game room, a fitness center, a sundeck, horseshoes, volleyball, and a playground - all with outstanding proximity to Winter Park's ski slopes.

Adorable, Well Stocked Condo

Perfect condo for a quick getaway to Winter Park. Such a great location for skiing, as the bus stop is 20 ft from the building. Super comfy bed! Thoughtfully organized with all the essentials.

Great condo

This condo was perfect for my daughter and I. The location is great and the shuttle stops right outside the condo, which is very convenient to get to the ski resort. The place is decorated so cute and we loved cooking meals in the kitchen. Access to the pool nd hot tub was great. We would definitely come and stay again.

Beautiful little spot!

This was a very clean, well appointed and very comfortable place to stay during our latest ski trip. Everything was exactly as described, easy to get to and clearly well cared for. We will absolutely stay here again in the future!

Quaint and Comfortable

This first floor one-bedroom condo located at the end of the main drag of downtown Winter Park has been recently remodeled with new appliances, a comfortable bed and jetted tub. A stone arch lends a rustic feel and the oversized kitchen island easily does double duty as the dining area. The divided bathroom was a plus with the tub and toilet being separated from the sink area. The unit was well-stocked with both kitchen and personal care items, but firewood for the cozy fireplace was not provided. Unfortunately, the pull-out couch was substandard and could use replacing. Right outside is the end of the Blue Line running back through town to the resort. While there isn’t much of a view, you don’t have to hull your gear up any stairs. I was confused by the bedroom TV with no connected inputs until I figured out you need to bring you own streaming device. Two couples will find this place a little small but a family with two children can be easily accommodated. There’s also a very nice clubhouse with a heated pool and three hot tubs (one outside) that’s a bit of a walk from the unit but parking is available. Overall, this place met out needs and expectations very well and we would stay here again.
