**APARTMENT FEATURES:**

**This 2-bedroom - 2-bathroom apartment features the following floor plan:**

- A main living space, with:
- A lounge area including a sofa, a coffee table and a smart TV.
- A dining area that can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
- A semi-open kitchen, well equipped with everything you will need, including a must-have Nespresso coffee machine (what else ?).
- A large terrace with a South-Southwest orientation, accessible from the main living area. The terrace includes a dining table for 6 people as well and sunbathing lounge chairs for lazy afternoons while getting a tan.

A bedroom/bathroom area that includes the following:

- A first small shower room, yet with a large shower.
- Separate toilets.
- A closet
- A first bedroom with two single beds, a TV and a large closet/dressing.
- A parental bedroom suite with a queen size, a TV, a large closet/dressing and a spacious bathroom with tub and toilets.

**APARTMENT HIGHLIGHTS:**

- Large sunny terrace.
- Swimming pool on the South side of the property, for residents only, and plenty of sun-bathing lounge chairs around it.
- 4G wifi connection in the apartment.
- Very quiet location, close to the Montfleury sport complex where you can find a public swimming pool, tennis courts, children playground.

**AND AS A BONUS**

- All bed linen provided for each bed as well as 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person. (Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request with advance notice.)
- A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea...)

**IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed unless they are very small and with prior authorization. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY. Penalties may apply if the apartment policies are not followed.**

**SOME GEOGRAPHY SO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE:**

- Enjoy the village atmosphere of the Montfleury district while you shop in the neighborhood stores for your daily needs (flower shop, bakery, wine store, grocery store, all within 5 minutes on foot)

- Head to the center of Cannes via the famous and trendy Rue d’Antibes (9 minutes on foot)

- Go for a stroll on the Croisette seafront and take a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote-control boats (or go enjoy a cocktail at the Long Beach cafe), all within a 15-minute walk.

- Go take selfies like the movie stars (don't worry, everyone does that) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès (within 15 minutes as well).

- Use your imagination while discovering the streets in downtown Cannes, but only walking on the odd-numbered sides of the streets (timing is up to you and your legs).

For your daily needs, ask us what you would like, like a driver, a bit of housekeeping, additional linen, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you.
For any day adventure, we can recommend tours, activities and places to visit, and even take care of any booking. All pricing and customized programs are available upon request.

**!! CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!**

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our villas.)

IMPORTANT NOTE: Check-ins after 6 pm will be made via lock box, or in person with a 35 euro additional charge. Check-ins after Midnight will be via lock box only (we reserve that for our Netflix time...)
