In the heart of the 20th arrondissement, this beautiful 60 m² apartment has all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay in Paris.
It can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideal for a family.
The access is done in an autonomous way.

## Logement
Located on the 3rd floor without elevator, the accommodation includes:
- two rooms with two double beds ;
- a shower room ;
- a fully equipped kitchen ;
- a dining room ;
- and a living room to relax after a day of walking.

Be careful, works in the courtyard are in progress but they do not take place every day and are not on the side of the view of the apartment!

You will particularly appreciate :
- its brightness (sunny accommodation) ;
- and its location in a very dynamic neighborhood, very Parisian (village atmosphere, full of artists' studios, street art and small cafés with concerts), but quiet.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wi-Fi, television, washing machine, oven.

The apartment is located near the "Pyrénées" subway station (line 11).
You will find a supermarket "Franprix" at 8 minutes of walk for your small daily purchases.

Sites of interest close to the apartment :
- cafés in the vicinity ;
- Belleville Park (at the foot of the building);
- the Buttes-Chaumont Park (8 minutes walk);
- the Ménilmontant district (12 minutes away on foot); and many others...

## Emplacement
Generally, the whole contributes to creating a vibrant, lively, popular and friendly district. It is characterized in particular by a large number of theaters and cafes-theaters. There are all kinds of atmospheres, from punk rock to ethnic music, notably around Bagnolet to the south of the cemetery and Ménilmontant, around the butte and the avenue of the same name.
The main tourist attraction of the neighbourhood is the Père Lachaise Cemetery.
