Welcome to this spacious and comfortable beach vacation destination! Everything will be provided to ensure you have the getaway you've been dreaming about. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 3rd floor condo that can sleep up to 8 people. Neighborhood has indoor and outdoor pools and hot tub, tennis courts, and beautiful grounds. We will be providing amenities galore, in the perfect location, with all the space you could need, and all the comforts of home!

This condo has the ability to sleep 8 people, is three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and located in a safe convenient area to everything!!! Every major attraction is within 10 minutes. We are also located in between two major golf courses in the area. Directly behind our unit you will have a view of a beautiful lake and Myrtle Beach’s number one golf course that hosts PGA events called Dunes Beach and Golf Club. On the other side of our neighborhood you will run into Arcadian Shores Golf Club. This unit is also a five minute walk to a lovely Irish bar and grill called Finn McCools! You can relax, eat, and drink, and not have to worry about driving home! The unit will include absolutely everything you could need on your vacation including but not limited to; fully equipped kitchen, high chair, pack and play with memory foam mattress, sound machines, washer and dryer in unit, board games, beach chairs and beach equipment, Alexa enabled Nest thermostat, Coded Schlage front door lock to provide self check in, umbrella stroller, 4K Fire TV or Roku enabled TVs in every bedroom and family room with all your favorite streaming apps, safety gates for those with small children, and beach towels! You will want for nothing!! Book today if you want to get out of the cold weather and spend some holiday time at the beach!

home away from home

Great location for just about anything you want to do. the grounds could use some updating, but the unit is great, comfortable, has all your basic needs(toiletries, kitchen needs), beds are very comfortable, two king and two full. Pull-out sofa is also very comfortable. Owners are very easy to contact and respond quickly to any question or need. Located 15 minutes from Broadway at the beach, 5 minutes from barefoot landing, the walk down to the beach is a straight shot, but might want to drive and park in the public pay to park, is just 1 min drive. We will definitely be back

Wonderful

Our stay was amazing and comfortable. Only downside is the stairs of it being on the 3rd floor but thats not any fault of the owner. I am recommending this place to other friends and family.

Very well maintained

The location was just right! The owners were extremely accommodating. Lots of extras. The place was clean when we got there AND smelled clean when we got there (loved that). Nicely furnished & comfortable seating inside and on screened in porch over looking the sound/marsh (not sure which). They had batteries there, individual size cereal, snacks, and beach equipment (chairs and toys). The indoor pool and outdoor were nice and a nice size (both pools had hot tubs too). Really enjoyed our stay. You won’t be sorry if you decide on this location. I promise. :)

Great Condo with a view

Let me start with the only slight negative and it's only a slight negative. The condo is on the 3rd floor and there isn't an elevator. Obviously, this is completely out of the control of the the owner so I didn't take that away from any possible stars. Just heads up if you are older, bigger, or generally out of shape. Now for all the good. The owner quickly replied when I had questions. The condo is stacked with helpful technologies from new TVs, Nest A/C system, chewy ice machine, and Alexa device. The view overlooking the pond is a birders delight. Tons of variety of water fowl, and even a Bald Eagle. So, a pretty good size gator the first day, so be very cautious walking near the pond. We utilized the indoor pool and we were the only family for pretty much a half day. The condo is a very quiet enclave. I would strongly recommend this condo to any family looking to vacation in Myrtle Beach.
