We had an amazing stay here! The property was perfectly clean and the location was exactly what our group was looking for! All of the beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were so cute! We appreciated any assistance we needed from the hosts both before and during out stay and would absolutely stay here again if we come back to town.

Host was excellent!! Very responsive to all our needs. Home was clean. One thing to note. Sofa bed mattress is thin and was very uncomfortable for our teenagers (116-125lbs) May work better for younger kids.

Clean place nice kitchen with all the cooking materials needed. Grill is nice propane was very low when we stayed. Garage is inaccessible unless you rent the golf cart or it is not at the property which is not ideal.

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean, decorated nicely and conveniently located. We rented their golf cart which came in handy for the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool which was directly in back of the condo. The garage housed plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, & surf boards which was convenient to use. The back patio needs a little TLC - older patio furniture and run down fence enclosure (a little stain or paint on the fence would make it look so much better).

Hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. We initially opted out of the golf cart but last minute after we arrived decided we wanted to use the golf cart. Elena came over within 30 minutes to obtain payment and the signed contract. Very spacious house. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great vacation spot!

This was a wonderful townhouse! Spacious open living room area with kitchen attached. Good sized bedrooms with comfy beds! Short drive on the golfcart or by car to public beach or private beach access. Grocery and drugstore are also very close by, so great location. Owner was friendly and super helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Keep in mind the golf cart is not included with the cost even though in the title it says “with”. In the details it does say for an additional cost. Clean place, easy walking distance to the private beach. Do not expect any snacks or coffee for your stay. We were able to drop off our luggage in the garage early and take the golf cart to explore while they were preparing the place. We were also able to extend the stay leaving at Noon instead of 10:00am for an additional charge. Overall a good place to stay.

Our 6 day stay was accompanied by a tropical depression so more time was spent in the unit then we normally would. With that in mind, the living area needs updated furniture to be more comfortable. There is no dresser or tv in the second bedroom. The drain in the master bath didn’t drain properly, it had to be drained by holding it up. Also, the pool area was not cleaned the entire time we were there. One of the other guests took one of the nets to clean our storm bits from the trees. We enjoyed the area, but will probably look elsewhere next time.

This neighborhood is where we felt the truly Floridian life. The pool is in the middle of the community and the beach is just few min down the street. In the center of everything and still quiet and private. Units here are not an easy find. Not to buy, not to rent.

Wat deze accommodatie uniek maakt

This townhouse is the only one property in the community totally renoveted in 2022, in a 30A style concept. Everything is made of high quality materials. Made to last. That time we spent over $100k only for interior to make our unit truly unique. The majority of our guests after check in are sending a short but meaningful for us message " This house is beautiful".
