Drink your morning coffee right outside one of the three top bedrooms that open directly to the balcony with a waterfront view. Play in the water with the paddle boards, kayaks, lily pad, and tubes that are included in your rental. Roast marshmallows around the fire pit or play a game of ping pong on the deck. When you get tired of being outside come on in and enjoy a round of poker or a board game.

This is a river so water level will fluctuate depending on season and weather but pretty much what you see in the pictures is what you get! We are at about 5 feet out to 7 feet at the end of the dock.
