Welcome to Copper Moose Lodge, a custom built home located in the prestigious Castle Glen Neighborhood.

Upon entry you will be welcomed by the cozy open concept living area. The family room offers comfy seating situated around the wood burning fireplace.  Watch your favorite movie or show on the large Flatscreen TV.

The dining area has ample seating for your group with additional seating at the breakfast bar. Off the dining area is the billiard room with a pool table. There is a full bath and back deck access. You can also access the third bedroom which offers a queen bed, two twins and ample closet space.

The ktchen offers new stainless steel appliances including a fridge/freezer, gas range/oven, microwave, dishwasher and a Keurig Coffee Machine is provided.

Down the hall you will find a full bath, laundry room area with a full size washer and dryer available for your use.

The master suite offers a King bed, Flatscreen TV, deck access, ample closet space and a full bath with a walk in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, Flatscreen TV and ample closet space.

Step out back to the backyard area, where you can relax on the deck while soaking in the hot tub or hang out while grilling on the propane barbecue. Charge up your electric vehicle for free with the cabin's onsite EV Fast Charger. 

With high end furnishings and carefully chosen cabin decor, this home is the perfect place to spend quality time with family and friends.

Note: The driveway is inclined a bit uniquely and cannot accommodate vehicles with low clearance. SUVs and trucks are fine but some cars may have difficulty. Please take extra caution.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit  
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7  
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.  
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations  
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines  
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction  
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
