"SUNSET HOUSE" describes it all. We bought Sunset in 2021 because of the peaceful sunset views of Pensacola beach sound. That is were most guest stay, enjoying the unobscured views of the water. But, a short walk down the private pier gets you to the sound side beach with the calm shallow waters. Kids love to splash and collect hermit crabs, while the adults sun on the beach, or fish from the pier. A newly completed private pool has a swim up bar and splash deck with bubblers, Two in water loungers and is right off of the back deck so everyone can stay close. The pool has optional heating when needed in spring and fall. Heating if needed will be $45 extra per day for fuel cost. Back inside the house, a large great room has old Heart pine floors from a barn in Mississippi, and a modern Kitchen with Taj Mahal Granite counters and stainless appliances. A 72" Framed Roku TV is surrounded by slipcovered sofas and rocker recliners. Three Kings size bedrooms have cool gel memory foam mattresses. one Queen bedroom. The house has five vanity areas for makeup and preparing for a night on the town. 3 Bathrooms 2 have separate toilets. The gulf side beach is a short walk to the public access of about 3 blocks. The free trolley to the boardwalk is a block away. The Boardwalk is a mile away.
