Drum set on premises. Don't worry parents... No drum sticks...no noise. You choose. There are a few guitar amps on premises as well if you want to bring a guitar and plug in here as well. You are 1 mile from the Pointe Tapatio resort Lookout Mountain golf course. There is also a hiking trails on the mountain which is within a 2 minute walk. BBQ grill, chef's kitchen, multiple out door patios, gas fireplace inside, cornhole and many other games on property. You will be in central phoenix and less than 10 minutes away from multiple choices for fine dining. You can also walk from the property to a sports bar and pizza place which are both just a block away just down the hill. The views and location within the city associated with this property are magnificent. You can walk 2 minutes away and hike Lookout Mountain Trailhead. Both Sedona is less than 90 minutes away. The property is very centrally located so getting to all major sporting events is never more than 15 minutes away (Diamondbacks, Suns, Cardinals, Coyotes, Sun Devils, Grand Canyon College, Phoenix Open Golf, Spring Training Baseball). Both Barrett Jackson and Mecum car auction events are also held just 15 minutes away. Even Old Town Scottsdale in only 15 minutes away!!
