You will be greeted by a cozy cottage with a wood burning fireplace. Don't let the front images fool you - the home is much more spacious than it appears from the front, featuring two living spaces and almost 2000 square feet! The fully equipped kitchen will have everything you need to make your most requested meals for your group, and 3 guest rooms as well as a large “pit-style” sofa in the lower level den (and some fun kid-sized bunks!) are sure to provide restful sleep for everyone in your party.

Equipped with high speed internet and a 65" Smart TV, you'll be able to stream all of your favorites. With a spacious yard, there is plenty of space to explore, there is a small creek on the property as well as a fire pit plus year round mountain views. This is a great place to make your home base for your trip to the mountains.

Quiet Policy: Please note that the property is located in a quiet community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.

Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $125 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.
