Thank you for taking the time to post your review. We apologize for the internet outage. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of the providers. Being on a barrier Island there are times when Comcast and At&T will have outages in the area. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause. We are so happy that it was restored on the same day.

Thank you for your recommendation! We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed this great home. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

Thank you for your feedback, we will certainly look into the pool table. We are so happy to hear that you and your family enjoyed this beautiful home. Thank you for booking with Island Realty.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the convenient location, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants. While many find this a plus and enjoy being close to the action, it is not for everyone We’re sorry that the pool area required more upkeep than expected during your stay. With the surrounding trees, leaves and debris can be an ongoing challenge, but we understand that having to sweep the pool area multiple times a day took away from your enjoyment of the space. We’ll certainly share this feedback with our team. We also appreciate your comments regarding the activity from the nearby café and the sounds from The Windjammer. Being close to the center of Isle of Palms does provide wonderful convenience, but we understand that it can also mean more activity and noise during the day and during events. Most importantly, we apologize for the elevator becoming dysfunctional during your stay. We regret that this added another inconvenience to your visit. We appreciate your balanced feedback and are glad there were still aspects of the home and location that you enjoyed. Thank you for staying with us.

Thank you for your 5 star rating! Yes this is a 3 level home but there is an elevator that services from the ground level to the 1st and 2nd levels. It does not go up to the 3rd level. Thank you for booking with Island Realty.

Thank you so much for returning to stay with us again this year and for sharing your experience. We’re delighted to hear the home works so well for your family and that you enjoyed the pool, space, and convenience of using a golf cart for beach access. We also appreciate your kind words about our team’s prompt response with the crib mattress. We value your feedback regarding maintenance and cleaning, and we’ll be sure to share it with our team so that we can continue improving the guest experience. We’re so glad you consider this a great family vacation home in a wonderful location, and we look forward to welcoming you back for future stays.

Thank you for booking with Island Realty!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the spacious layout of the home, though we understand the stairs posed a challenge for your father. We also appreciate your comments regarding the pull-out sofa mattress and will share this with the homeowner for consideration of an upgrade. We did want to clarify that the grill was fully functional during your stay. The scheduled visit you received a notice about was part of our routine quarterly maintenance, not a repair. We apologize for any confusion this caused and certainly understand how it might have been concerning. We look forward to you and seeing you and your family again soon. Thank you for booking with Island Realty.
