It sleeps 8 people and any more than that we can provide up to 13 people with a temperpedic mattress that is in the middle bedroom closet that sleeps 1 additional and can provide access to four Queen Size blow up mattress’s that sleeps 2 additional people each to make up to a total of 9 additional people. Each additional person will be billed $50 per person per night spending the night. If you have at any time more than the 13 allowed people it will be against house rules unless arangment made in advance. An additional $500 for every extra 20 people tgat are not spending the night.
