This is Los Cabos like you’ve never experienced, where ground floor Villa 3108 magically materializes your Los Cabos dream vacation. This glamorous 2 bedrooms villa located at Villa La Estancia Exclusive resort ground floor is 20 feet from restaurant entrance for a great breakfast and close to the pool chairs and Medano Beach!

The Space
One beautiful master suite, each having a king bed with a jacuzzi tub and his and her sinks. The guest suite provides 2 queen beds, a smart TV and a full bath.
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a breakfast bar and a dining room table as well as a full size refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, blender, a full size pantry and a full bath off the living room. A washer/dryer/wash tub is located off the kitchen area.
For your outdoor enjoyment, a large terrace provides a furnished dine-in area and grill!!

Enjoy all the luxuries of a 5 star resort while enjoying the privacy of your own home… Villa La Estancia resort guests are offered all of the amenities of a 5 star resort, including: 24 hour front desk service & security, concierge, tour desk for excursions, maid service & amenities, room service, a business and fitness center, tennis courts, a beautiful pool and beachfront swimming area, and ocean view hot tubs. A 31,000 European spa and fitness center is located next door, a must! The vacation complex offers guests the convenience of a market/pharmacy, a deli, an ice cream parlor and various retail shops. Centric location is only a short walk away from the town of Cabo San Lucas. You can either walk the beach, the sidewalks, hop in a taxi.

Great get away!
We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. Great pools, easy access to the beach with nice walk into town. The condo was well stocked in the kitchen. We enjoyed the easy access to the pool from the floor level unit. I was very impressed with the response time of our host and helping us with transportation, other services and outing help. The only thing that I would say is the photo showing the view from what looks like the patio of the unit is not the view you’ll have. This unit is tucked in behind the restaurant so you can’t see the ocean from the patio. At first I was disappointed but the location ease to the front of the hotel and the pool/beach areas made the location work great for our family. Just something to know in case you really want a view. We had a great trip and recommend it!

What a Fun Time in Cabo
We had a great time fishing, watching the whales, Santa Anita beach and a sunset cruise. I would recommend this villa to anyone!
