Oceanview luxury, two-bedroom, three full bath condos with all the amenities of a five star hotel but all the comforts of home. We have a Non-Smoking Villa to offer which is personally decorated so you have the feel of a home with all the luxuries of a resort. The location is ideal - right on Medano Beach, the safest and most popular swimming beach in all of Los Cabos. Swim in the Sea of Cortez or one of three pools available for our guests. All-Inclusive option available for purchase through the Resort at check-in.

We offer an ocean view unit that can accommodate up to six guests. The unit can be rented as a two-bedroom, or as a lock-off unit with one-bedroom. The suites are ideal for two people in the king bed but can accommodate four more in the second bedroom via two queen size beds. The spacious master bath has a jacuzzi tub, shower, twin sinks, and make-up area.

These 2200sq foot two bedroom, three bath condos feature a master bedroom with a king bed, comfortable sitting area with overstuffed chairs, desk area, Master Bath with jetted tub, shower, twin sinks, and make-up area. The second bedroom has two queen beds and a private bath.
The dining tables sit six in style with space for more! The kitchen is fully-equipped to prepare gourmet meals and the 24-hour concierge service will help find your chef! There is a washer and dryer located in the unit. The living room and all bedrooms open onto spacious private patios with panoramic views of the pool, Medano Beach, the Sea of Cortez, and the famous Land's End. Enjoy a 20-minute walk down the beach to the Cabo Marina or a 20-minute walk on along the street to downtown or just a few minute Uber/taxi ride. Very relaxing family environment with all the night life you might want minutes away. All Inclusive option or cook in your own room or enjoy one of many great restaurants on the (3) properties included in the Villa Group.

Cabo offers world class fishing, snorkeling, diving, and golf. Some of the world's best Golf Courses are a short drive from the resort. Town, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife are a ten minute walk along the beach or a short cab ride away.
