Both bathrooms have rain and hand showerheads, and come fully stocked with quality towels.

The condo is brand new and contains all the modern amenities. Air conditioner mini splits and fans in each room, full-size washer and dryer and security safe for your valuables.

COMMON AREAS
The complex itself includes an amazing rooftop pool with Puerto Vallarta ocean and mountain views, a jacuzzi, a co-working space, community kitchen with BBQ, a yoga deck and a fitness center. The building has an elevator for convenient access to the rooftop.

Other things to note
There are plants in the property and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Thursday for about 20 minutes to tend to them.

You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
Renters must be at least 25 years old.
Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.
Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
