Great Place

Convenient location. Really cool little place. A few things could be updated (closet door falling apart, hooks in the bathroom). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, especially the hot tub.

Cheap place lacking amenities

We were pretty disappointed when we arrived at the house. The neighborhood is pretty bleak. You take a gravel driveway behind someone else's house. The bottom unit gets a little noisy with the footsteps and noise from the upstairs unit. In general the unit is missing really basic amenities like towel hooks, a toaster, night stands, lamps. The overhead lighting is super bright and we noticed prior guests had actually unscrewed light bulbs to dim the lighting. The amenities provided are extremely odd like bar stools (but no bar table?), a popcorn popping machine, a hand crank apple peeler??? To get consistent hot water in the shower you have to have a special technique, otherwise you're adjusting the hot water the whole shower. The water heater actually failed while we were there and flooded the bedroom. The management was really quick to respond and brought towels over. A lot of the furniture is cheap and flimsy, one of the few nightstands had the legs almost falling off. There's limited seating in the living room and not enough for 4 people to watch a movie together. The exterior door is beat up and the dead bolt latches with ~1/4" of what appears to be epoxy used to repair the door frame. It's very insecure and someone could easily break in. The hot tub didn't work while we were there, but they management did give us a heads up 1-2 days prior to our check in. We decided to check out a day early and management was very accommodating.

Fun place to stay

Place was very clean, nice TV and the game room was so much fun. Hot tub and fireplace was a Nice extra. The beds were super comfortable kitchen was well supplied. There was no toaster which I would recommend they add otherwise we had a very nice time

Perfect, quiet location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The property managers were so accommodating and had added so many cute details to add to the charm of the property. Loved the coffee bar station and the arcade room. The beds were comfy and the hot tub was great! So close to downtown Asheville but far enough removed that we could relax and enjoy the mountain scenery and peace.
