Close to Fishing and Beaches!

This property was great for our guys fishing trip. The house was in great shape and the owner was great with communication. This is our 2nd time renting this property and we will return again next year.

Very clean and comfortable

We absolutely loved this house with our dog, 4 year old and 6 year old. It was super clean and comfortable. Super updated and great location. We would love to stay again. I don’t have a single complaint.

Lovely villa in a good location

We had a great but short stay. The property is very clean and has everything you need. We loved ending the day in the hot tub after a long day at the beach. We will certainly book again when returning to Florida.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Very clean!! House was spacious and beautiful. Close to a lot of different restaurants and other attractions; Braves spring training. Enjoyed the hot tub! Definitely recommend.

Newly remodeled home with quick access to Boca Grande!

We rented this house for our guys fishing trip this June. The home was clean and well equipped with quick access to Boca Grande and a ton of nearby restaurants. The furnishings were new and the home was in great condition.

Place was in a good spot we came in for a week to go shark tooth collecting and this was perfect the hot tub was great no complaints about this house at all!!! Found 2070 teeth btw lol :)

Great getaway!

Had a great stay at this beautifully decorated house. There was obviously a lot of attention to detail when it was remodeled and it had all the appropriate amenities, even a complimentary bottle of wine. Chris was very responsive to any inquiries. The hot tub in the screened in area at the rear was a plus. Very comfortable beds .I highly recommend.

Best trip yet

This house was definitely a home away from home. We saw a St. Patrick’s Day boat parade on the canal. The birds lovingly sang good morning to us each day. The beach was so accessible and there’s so many restaurants around. We loved the area and atmosphere created in and around this property.

Amazing home and location!

We are beyond happy with our stay. The home was so clean, cozy, beautiful all throughout. We loved that the home provided everything we needed. The backyard is also super cute and fun to sit and watch the birds. Our three girls enjoyed everything which made it easier for us to be home away from home. Also loved that Boco Grande was 20 min drive from us, such a beautiful beach to visit, our favorite!

Perfect Family Getaway!

This was just what we needed! The home is clean, stocked, and in a quiet area. It’s close to the beach, which the kids enjoyed! The area also has great restaurants. Our family really liked Farlows on the water. Alex is quick with getting back to you with anything you need. Recommend this for anyone in need of a relaxing vacation! We can’t wait to rebook!
