The apartment was well appointed. We did have a few issues but the host was very helpful in getting things addressed. Loved the location, it was easy to get to and from walking and using taxi cabs. The apartment was very quiet and comfortable.

Great location! There was so much to do just steps from our front door, but we didn’t hear any noise from the apartnent. It was comfortable and had everything we needed for a week long stay. The host was very responsive. It was a great choice for our stay in Paris.

Awesome Location and Awesome Space

The place is as described and so clean, functional and accessible to so much. We loved the privacy of the courtyard and to walk out into the bustling city was great. So many food options. This property, while well-located in the Latin Quarter, was not meant for the elderly (my wife and I are 80 and 79). In a phrase, the property does not do justice to its pictures. The steps are steep and difficult to negotiate. The worst of it is that although the bedroom is listed as a "loft" just above the main living, what is not noted (or obvious from the pictorial display on line) is that the ceiling in the bedroom is only about 4 1/2 feet high--that is, you can't stand upright in it and have to slither out of the bed to reach the steep stairs leading down (which is also where the bathroom is). The kitchen is basically a kitchenette with a hot plate and microwave. We never used it, even though we had hoped to, which is why we got an apartment rather than a hotel room. The bathroom is the best part of the accommodations. It was recently remodeled and quite adequate with a nice walk-in shower. The place claims to have a/c, and it does, but it is a portable unit which was hardly adequate for cooling. We were just lucky we were there before the June heat wave hit Paris. I would not recommend this place for anyone over 25. Sorry.

Long weekend in Paris

This apartment was clean and stylish, and it was the perfect place for my two 21 year old sons, who stayed here while my husband and I were around the corner at another apartment. It’s a perfect location down a pedestrian ally full of fun restaurants and cute bars. We were all delighted with space. Nice new bathroom too. Very efficient and comfortable space. Easy check in and friendly accommodating host!

June Rive Gauche ‘23

The property owners were exceedingly responsive and pleasant to work with. The property is in a great location to visit both sides of the Seine and close to most major sites. Easy short walk to the metro if you are visiting Versailles or enjoying the French Open. The apartment is quite clean and comfortable (the fan and air conditioning was needed in June). Although we didn’t prepare meals, everything required is there. I highly recommend this apartment and I am sure we will be staying there when we return.

Exactly as advertised. Convenient location for exploring Paris with direct train from CDG to the end of the block (RER B). Hosts are very responsive and accommodating, providing initial supplies that you don't always find. Large modern bathroom. Good kitchen for the size. Located in a quiet courtyard of a noisy Latin Quarter street. This ground level unit is very warm, but with A/C, fans and windows to open it quickly becomes comfortable. Many fabulous restaurants nearby, (but I'd avoid those in this particular block). Try Rocaille! I'd stay here again.

Beautiful Apartment

Clean and modern. Steps from metro and restaurants. Small but adequate if you are basically sleeping there. Pull out bed and small loft area beds were very comfortable. The only downside would be for someone with mobility issues because of stairs going to loft which has a very low ceiling. When couch pull out is open there are only a few inches to maneuver around, challenging in the middle of the night. Host was wonderful and quickly responsive. Would highly recommend.
