Other Things to Note:
Check out our guidebook for more information on the house, restaurants, and things to do in the area
Local legend believes that the builder of the property was connected with the Mexican Cartel and ran a local illegitimate restaurant/nightclub. The original builder eventually went bankrupt and lost the house to foreclosure.
After another individual took ownership of the Spanish Compound and didn’t do much with it over the course of many years, we were fortunate enough to buy the property and take on the task of restoring it the amazing property it once was!
Our goal is for the Spanish Compound to be a gathering place for friends, family and business colleagues to come and enjoy a little piece of Fennville history.
