We've stayed in many VRBO homes and this was one of the best. The pool was a hit with our 4 kiddos. The little one loved all the toys. Loved the pull through driveway. The host had information taped to the fridge which was really nice. Definitely a great experience. Thank you!

My stay was nice. We had a small gathering for my daughter’s graduation, and everything went well. The only thing I didn’t really like was the couch I hope they upgrade it. Other than that, I would still recommend the place. Not bad at all.

Nada, I appreciate your honest review, and this will probably help others. You are correct, we keep the pool warm. When I say heated pool, it means heated warm enough to swim all year. A lot of Airbnb’s will charge extra to heat the pool during your stay, but we include it for free. The way we do that is by running the pump during the day, not overnight, and keeping the pool just warm enough so you can enjoy your swim. If we raised the temperature, it would create algae and the nightly rate would have to go up to keep it hot with the high cost. This information was in the information I sent you but I don’t believe it's in the listing. I will get that added so there is no confusion because we do try to be as upfront as possible so you can have the best stay. I am glad you liked the house and location. I hope if you come to WPB in the future you will consider staying again.

My family and I went to visit our elderly Aunt in West Palm and this location and house was perfect! This house is close to everything. It was very clean. The pool was amazing and the master bed was so comfortable. The owner responds very fast to questions and she is helpful. I plan on renting this house again when we visit my aunt again. I highly recommend.

I am glad you liked our place. Unfortunatly with a pool heater the water evaporates faster than if we did not use one. Water should be added every few days depending on the weather but not daily. I will check into that. I hope you will think of us again for the future.

Check in was seamless, an host Susan was one of the best communicators I have come across even wayyy before checkin date. She worked with me an didn't hesitate to accommodate my needs. The space is as pictured. A spacious paradise with enough room for a huge family. All beds were ultra comfy. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything u may need including many, many spices. The pool was refreshing even at night. Plenty of pool toys an floats for the entire family, games an beach supplies. The selling point for us was the okay to pets, gatherings an smoking outside. Very rare an reasonable even if ur family doesn't need these things. RARE find. Absolutely 100% recommended. Beaches are between 15-20 mins only. Good food spots located throughout the area.

Wonderful!

Loved this stay! The pool lanai was amazing and 90% of where our time was spent. TVs all over and comfy beds with loads of extra amenities (stocked kitchen -spices, utensils, dinnerware, cookware, etc- beach towels, toys, books) Super close to the beach and airport, making travel easy. Lots of good places to eat close by as well. We had an absolute blast visiting with family and having fun. Thank you!!

Great stay for a girlfriend get together

We enjoyed our weekend in WPB and this house was a comfortable stay for all six of us. The only suggestion from the two who stayed in the bunk room, was a lamp was needed in that room. The only light was the bright overhead fixture.

Lovely Stay

Neat, clean home with a well-equipped kitchen. House is lovely but has a very unique layout and small kitchen. To access the pool, grill and backyard you have to cut through one of the bedrooms! Property manager was very quick to respond to our questions and needs. Overall, nice facility and would recommend for family vacation.

My husband and I spent a month here with our two dogs. It worked out great. The place is big with multiple areas for lounging. Beds were comfortable although a bit soft for my taste. We had local friends over a few times and it was easy to use the grill and dine outside. The screened in pool was great. Both we and the dogs enjoyed staying outside. The host quickly responded to a minor problem. The neighborhood was suburban with friendly people that I met on our walks. Juno beach, which is dog friendly, is a 15-20 minute drive and is really nice. Whole Foods was less than 5 minutes away, bigger grocery stores a bit further. Overall, the place could use a little sprucing up, but it was roomy and comfortable. Great place for a relaxing stay.

It’s great to hear the home worked well for hosting friends and that you enjoyed the nearby beaches and neighborhood. We also appreciate your feedback about the home needing a bit of sprucing up—this is something we’re actively working on and always looking to improve for our guests. Thank you again for staying with us and for your kind words about our responsiveness. We’d love to host you again in the future!

The location suited our needs. We met two other couples there for two nights. We cooked two breakfasts one one supper there. Nicely stocked kitchen with everything we needed. The bedrooms were ok. The owners suite was very nice. The room with the twin beds was awesome. It had a sitting room with a tv and a door leading out to the pool area. Unfortunately, the water in the pool was about 2 foot or more low. We could not use it. We ran the hose in it for about 12 hours. The pool person had been there, but it did dot seem clean and the heater did not work or the short time we were there, did not have the opportunity to heat the water. The dining area in the house was very well set up and spacious.
Very cute furnishings. Each room had a theme.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We’re glad to hear the home, kitchen, dining area, and bedroom setup worked well for your group. Unfortunately, right before your stay we had completed a pool repair, and we later discovered the water level had not been restored in time. I did not realize the pool cleaning service did not leave the pool in the condition it should have been in, and we sincerely apologize for that. Since your visit, we have addressed these issues with our pool company to help ensure future guests have the experience they expect. We really do want our guest's to have a great experience and I would be happy to offer you a discount on a future stay. We truly appreciate your understanding and your kind comments about the property, and we’re happy you were still able to enjoy time together during your stay.

Nice, clean house with great pool

This was a nice property with everything we needed for the week. We really enjoyed the pool and were thankful it was heated. There is plenty of room and two lounge/family room areas. It’s close to Target and many other stores. The hot water wasn’t working and we had a few maintenance people throughout the week we stayed but otherwise it was a great rental.

Convenient location and very well maintained

We had a wonderful stay while celebrating our daughter’s college graduation. The home is very clean, all the beds were really comfortable. The pool was a huge hit and overall we loved it, and would stay again! My only two complaints are that the main living room stayed allot warmer than the rest of the house. 2-the grill grate was.pretty dirty, and the igniter button didn’t work. So I tried to light the burners with matches, but only the middle one would light, and died out after a few minutes.

I appreciate the review. Sorry the igniter did not work for you. We took a look at the grill and did notice the burner issue. Sorry about that. We have replaced the grill. The cleaners do not clean the grill. It is free to use the endless gas grill but unfortunatly you do have to clean up after yourself and we do not know when its left dirty. I am glad you enjoyed the beds and pool.
