Geweldige deal en zeer betaalbare woning te huur. Ik heb een andere woning in dezelfde omgeving (Object # 3614247)

Het is zo succesvol geweest (63+ positieve reviews) dat ik besloot mijn andere woning in dezelfde buurt te converteren naar een korte termijnverhuur. Die foto's zijn oud en ik heb veel geïnvesteerd in upgrades en meubels. De woning wordt tot september verhuurd aan een huurder op lange termijn en na meer upgrades zijn deze klaar om opnieuw te worden verhuurd als een korte termijnverhuur van oktober tot november 2019. Er zijn 2 gebouwen op het terrein, één is een hoofdgebouw 1600sq f 3/2 en Pool Cabana, die plaats biedt aan 2 extra gasten en een eigen badkamer en een kitchenette heeft.
Op loopafstand van de Bak middelbare school van kunst (beste middelbare school voor kunst in Florida) en het plaatselijke park! Het huis heeft een mooi zwembad, fruitbomen mango, avocado. Gelegen op een groot stuk, dicht bij alles. Ik heb vergelijkbare accommodatie op loopafstand zonder zwembad cabana. Ik ben een makelaar in onroerend goed en investeerder en ik werk al meer dan 12 jaar met onroerend goed. The home and the pool was very nice but, The occupied apartment abutting the pool did not create a comfortable setting of privacy that appeared to be in the listing.For that reason my wife and I would not stay again

Loved this tiki paradise

We really enjoyed our time at this property. Our family (2 adults and 2 teenagers) enjoyed relaxing by the pool, grilling dinner, and watching movies in the evening in the tiki hut. It was an outdoor oasis that we thoroughly enjoyed. While we ventured out several times for dinner and sights at the local beaches, we were pleased to return to this space. The home was clean and easy to access. The location is residential and backs up to a school. Overall, this is fine, but need to expect the noise during the day. We really enjoyed our time here and loved the tiki hut amenities.

Clean and Comfortable!

I rented this home with my parents for four nights and we really enjoyed this place! It was very clean and stocked with almost everything we needed. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Aleksander was very responsive and accommodated our early check-in. The backyard is the perfect place to relax and hang out in the sun, pool, or in the shade of the tiki hut. We spent most of our time at the property there, with plenty of comfortable seating. The only issue we had the entire stay was that we were excited to use the BBQ to cook, but the gas tanks were empty and when we asked, we were told that gas is not provided. This was a shame as we did not want to purchase a new tank for our short stay, so we were not able to grill. This was a minor issue, and overall we had an amazing time. I will be sure to book with Aleksander next time I am looking for short term accommodations in WPB!

Amazing property, super close to the best beaches in West Palm Beach!

This is such an amazing property and is super close to the best beaches in West Palm Beach! The heated pool was a favorite for the kids and we loved hanging out grilling at the tiki hut. House was very clean and included everything we forgot to bring and so much more. Our favorite beach was peanut island which is only a 10 minute drive away. Jupiter dog beach, Riviera beach and John D. MacArthur Beach State Park are very close as well. Would definitely come back here!

Clean, comfortable and centrally located

Highly recommend this place to families. We had a great time with our 1 year old son. The pool was wonderful, and the tiki was very enjoyable as well!

Short getaway

I wanted to get out of town for a couple nights just to unwind and this was a great place to do that. The house doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the inside is very charming and the backyard (which we spent almost all of our time) was great. Nice pool, perfect outdoor seating area with grill, lights, and a flat screen tv. Pool inflatables are a nice touch. We had a great time, thank you!

Baseball Trip

This was our second year back and had another great time! The house is modern and updated and Alex is excellent to work with. We spent most of our time outside in the Tiki area by the pool. Terrific house!!

Great Location

We really enjoyed this home. We were close to some many things. 10 mins from the water park, 12 mins from the beach and about 10 mins from shopping mall. Not a lot of traffic in the area which was awesome. Looking forward to our next visit. Thanks again.

Nice place

The property is clean and well stocked. The one negative is that the pool is not screened in so the leaves from the trees are always in the pool. Nice place to stay though and good communication with the owner.

My property located in a very quite residential area, the neighborhood has an old florida charm. There is a Lakeland a park within a walking distance. It is a very established area with no rentals, most of the neighbors has lived there for decades so please be respectful.

Wat deze accommodatie uniek maakt

I strongly believe that my property has a great value, I travel a lot and has rented a lot of short term rentals and I know for a fact that majority of the rentals are not even close to what you see on the pictures. I can proudly state that my property is better in real life than they are on the pictures and I take good care of all of my guests and their needs.
