Prime location, positioned in the heart of the Malecón and 4 blocks from the beach. Walking distance from attractions/venues that include the Cathedral, restaurants, bars, markets, sculptures, viewpoints, grocery, among others.
The space
Our space is an open concept unit that promotes connection, adventure, relaxation and an over all exceptional true Mexican experience.

Our massive, west (ocean) facing patio offers a breath taking, 180-degree view of the ocean, Malecón, Banderas Bay and Los Arcos National Park. From the patio you will be able to see spontaneous fire work shows, whale watching (bring your binoculars!), moon dances and of course stunning sunsets. Although we don't promote big parties at the condo, we understand the patio offers an ideal gathering setting if you choose to responsibly host (just please respectful of the neighbours and property please :).

The kitchen has a step-less entrance and is complete with granite counter tops and a granite island complete with SS gas oven/stove. All essential kitchen utensils and appliances are in place including coffee maker, blender and 13-piece knife set.

The bedrooms are set up for maximum comfort both with en-suit bathrooms (including washer and dryer). 1 king, 1 queen, in-closet safe, armoire closet.

Our living room has a coffee table, smart TV with WIFI/cable, and a sectional couch for when its time to chill. The living room is adjacent and open to the kitchen.

The condo is on the 2nd floor with stair access.
Other things to note
Pets are welcome. Just please be respectful and clean up an accidents and/or hair on a continual basis. Please have your pet(s) use the bathroom outside and off the property. Greatly appreciated :)
