Completely renovated from top to bottom in 2020, this uniquely designed home is an amazing Playce to have a memorable stay! Come enjoy the tasteful, vibrant decor and comforts at Casa Verde!

Our prices are up to date and non-negotiable. Our houses are unique and unlike anything else in AC. Respectfully, requests for negotiations will not be answered.

BACKYARD:
-Fully fenced in, with a charcoal grill.
-Please note that we do not supply charcoal.

This is a garage space (You may not park in here or remove furniture. We’ve spent a lot of time designing and furnishing this garage space).

PETS:
We will consider pets but they must be pre-approved, meet our insurance guidelines, and there is a $40/night fee. You are fully responsible for damages, stains, and abiding by our pet rules. Not all breeds are allowed. Failure to follow rules can result in loss of security deposit and/or immediate eviction.

LOCATION:
-Please keep in mind this is a city so there is potential for noise and other similar issues. Be aware of your surroundings.
-This house is 1 block from the boardwalk & approximately 3.5 blocks to the inlet and ocean beach entrances.

LARGER GROUPS:
-This house sleeps 9.
-Please review bedding layouts when considering space and comfort.
-If you have groups larger than 9 people please consider renting 2+ houses.
-Rockwell, Boho, Casa Verde, and Paloma Playce are all within a few steps of each other on the same street. Boho and Casa Verde actually adjoin.
-The largest house, Bad & Beachy Playce, is a 4 bedroom 3 bath with ocean views, sleeps 13-16, and is a block and a half from this property.

ACCESS & ENTRY:
-Guests will have access to the entire house, garage (bonus room), yard and driveway.
-Please be mindful that this is an attached unit.
-Please be respectful to the neighbors and the surrounding homes and businesses.

KEYLESS ENTRY:
-There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.

PARKING:
-There is driveway parking for 2 vehicles.

ADDITIONAL PARKING:
-There is free street parking on Grammercy Place in front of the house.
-Street parking is on a first come, first serve basis!
-Please be careful to not block neighbors driveways or the fire hydrant.
-Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets.
-We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence.

MAIL:
-Do not send packages to the property via mail as we do not have access to the locked street mailboxes for the property.
-If there is something of priority that you need shipped please reach out to us directly for alternative options.
-We are not responsible for any items shipped to the property.

-Property located in a city environment; potential for noise from cars or foot traffic.

SECURITY:
-The home is protected by exterior ring camera security.

HONESTY & EXPECTATIONS:
At "Casa Verde Playce", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.

CLEANING:
Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.

HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.

-Linens, towels, and basic amenities provided.
-Guests must purchase their own amenities when stock runs out.
-No laundry detergent is provided.
