Inside, the main floor offers incredible open-concept living at its finest! Ocean Chalet features a fully stocked kitchen complete with professional-grade appliances and quartz countertops. The expansive dining room plus island seating allows the family to gather for a homemade meal while enjoying panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy more family time in the living area with ample seating as well as a separate seating area near the wet bar, perfect for reading or playing games. Guests will appreciate the convenient half bath and full-size laundry room with laundry sink found on this floor. Two of the eight bedrooms are also located on the main floor, both include king beds, televisions, ceiling fans, and private bathrooms with double vanities and walk-in showers.

The second floor features a second living area complete with a mounted television. There are six bedrooms located on this level. Two bedrooms feature Gulf views and access to the second-floor balcony, king beds, televisions, ceiling fans, and private bathrooms with double vanities and walk-in showers. We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy.
