This amazing condo was totally remodeled in 2024 -- new flooring, trim, paint, appliances, furniture, TVs, washer/dryer, decor, ceiling fans, linens, kitchen items and decor. Beautiful kitchen with Cambria quartz counters, large island and stainless Samsung appliances. There is a beach closet that includes beach umbrella, cooler, cart, beach chairs and toys for your use during your stay. Everything you need to have fun in the sun! This freshly renovated 3 Br/3 Ba corner oceanfront vacation rental condo located on the 16th floor of the Dunes of Panama Building E provides large families (up to 10 people) the perfect Panama City Beach vacation location. The condo has a primary bedroom with king bed and private bath. This large bedroom also has sliding glass doors that access the oversized beachfront balcony to enjoy the stunning sunsets!
The second bedroom features two queen beds with access to the oversized corner beachfront balcony. This bedroom also has its own bathroom.
The third bedroom (or second master) features a king bed, private bathroom with oversized walk-in shower and private large beachfront corner balcony. In addition to its breathtaking beach views, this unique corner bedroom also features large windows with views of the bay.
The large beachfront living space features two sets of sliding glass doors that access the oceanfront corner balcony - one of PCB's largest outdoor oceanfront balconies. This area also features a new memory-foam queen sleeper sofa which can accommodate two additional guests.
The Dunes of Panama complex offers multiple pools, tennis courts, beach volleyball, swing sets, fitness center, tiki bar/snack shack and spacious beach access.
The Thomas Drive area provides guests with easy access to restaurants like Dat Cajun Place, Patches, Schooners, Grand Marlin, Captain Anderson's, J Michaels as well as local attractions and activities without the traffic congestion of the Pier Park area of PCB. Saint Andrews Bay and the State Park are just minutes away and family activities like golf and jet skis can be enjoyed within a 10 minute drive. I am a wife, mother, business owner and VRBO Premier Host originally from Texas and now living in Franklin, Tennessee. My husband and I purchased this condo at the end of 2023 for personal use and to serve as our third vacation rental property in the Dunes of Panama located on beautiful Panama City Beach.

We selected this property because of the gorgeous waterfront location that is truly "on" the beach. We love that this is on the quieter side of Panama City Beach, yet still close to everything.
Wat deze accommodatie uniek maakt
We fell in love with the Dunes of Panama - its location on the quieter end of PCB, the beautiful sand with no stairs to the beach, the resort amenities (3 pools, basketball, tennis, fitness center, volleyball, swings-sets, tikihut/snack shack, etc.). We also love that there is never a wait for the elevator and that onsite parking in not a hassle. Once we saw this amazing and spacious three bedroom floor plan -- with all three bedrooms located directly on the beach - we knew it was something we could not pass up. We have tried to fully stock this condo and to provide everything you would need to be comfortable while on vacation.
