Our suite featuring a single bedroom. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed, perfect for two people to sleep soundly. You'll find amenities such as an air-conditioner, a flat-screen TV, and a spacious closet for your convenience. In addition, there is a long sofa available for one person to sleep on. The apartment also includes a private bathroom with complimentary toiletries, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining table for three. Lastly, unwind in the cozy living room, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee, delve into a good book, or simply relax indoors.

Note that this unit has no balcony for outdoor viewing.
Guest Access:
Once arrived at the property, Use your code provided to open the smart lock door to access the building. Go up the stairs to the 4th floor and look for the unit number indication on your reservation. Locate the Key box. To access, use the code followed by the # key to get the key inside.
The suite is private and will not be shared with other guests.
The property is just beside the local pharmacists, salon and spa and local eateries.

This link is intended to verify your identity as a valued guest and provide you with free extra protection during your stay. We guarantee that your personal data is secure and encrypted. Any guest who fails to comply with this process will result in the cancellation of their reservation and will be subject to a 7% booking fee. The remaining amount will be refunded accordingly.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.
** Attention to all guests with children: The stair railings are not yet safe for children. We strongly recommend keeping a close eye on your child, particularly when they are in the vicinity of the stairs or using them.
1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises or music at all times - We encourage all guests to respect the neighbors during their stay
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.

Please send us a request in advance. Approval will be subject to availability. A fee
of 400 MXN will be applicable for late check-out. (Until 3 pm).
3. Luggage Drop-Off Service:
We offer an early drop-off luggage service after 12:00 PM
The suite WILL NOT be ready until the official check-in time.
250 MXN will be charged for availing of this service.
We, kindly ask that you only drop off your luggage in the Foyer area.
Do not leave any food in the fridge, until it's check-in time.
Note: registration of a valid credit card is required to avail of all these services. Your request will be confirmed once we have successfully charged the applicable extra service fees.
