The Space:
This recently updated cottage features two inviting bedrooms, including a king bed with en suite bathroom, as well as a bunk bedroom featuring a double and single bed, plus a pull-out couch that comfortably sleeps two, providing ample space for up to 7 guests to relax and rejuvenate. Each bedroom and the living room come equipped with a smart TV to help the little ones rest or to pass time on a rainy day! Enjoy the convenience of a modern 1.5 bathroom setup, ensuring comfort and privacy for all.

The open floor plan that connects the kitchen, dining area, and living room, make it easy to socialize with friends and family while you cook a meal on the new stainless appliances. There is a large dining table with ample space for up to 8 dinner guests, plus an island with additional seating. In the living room, you'll find tastefully appointed furniture that invites you to relax and unwind. Large windows offer picturesque views of the serene lake, providing a soothing backdrop to your stay.

Venture outside onto the back deck, where you can bask in the fresh air and soak up the beauty of the natural surroundings. We are located in a quiet neighborhood along the shores of Little Glen Lake! This is a family-friendly neighborhood & one that will allow for peace and relaxation!

We appreciate no parties / large gatherings / events on site. This includes bachelorette & bachelor parties! If your group is looking for a location that allow for these, please contact us to see if another home will fit your needs!

Getting Around:
The cottage is located only 1 mile from Sleeping Bear Dunes, a 5-7 minute drive to both Glen Arbor and Empire, and about 30 minutes from Traverse City.

Other Things to Note:
This is a strictly non-smoking property, including all indoor and outdoor areas.

In warm months, we offer an on-site pontoon boat rental! Contact BVR with any questions or interest!
For insurance and liability reasons, guests are strictly not permitted to tie any watercraft to the dock under any circumstances.

Check-In: Is at 4 pm (early check-in is not possible due to our cleaning crew needing to complete their work)
Check-Out: Is at 10 am (we are unable to accommodate late check-out, our cleaning service will arrive at the house promptly at 10 am)
