We fell in love with the sunshine, the vibrant community, and the mid-century modern architecture and knew this was where we wanted to retire. But for Herta, there was always a piece missing—a place for her family to feel welcome whenever they visited from Germany.
For years, we dreamt of finding a condo right next door. Luckily, our dream became a reality in 2024! Now, we have a beautifully appointed unit that provides the perfect home-away-from-home for Herta's family when they visit. Our condo is unique here in Deepwell Estates. I can't think of another condo unit in Deepwell. It is a charming nine-unit complex that fosters a friendly atmosphere while still providing the seclusion you desire. It is a haven of relaxation. The condo has three separate patios, and within the complex, there is a swimming pool and a spa.
