Charmant verhoogd naar huis, 2 blokken van het strand. Nieuwe woonkamer en eetkamer meubels toegevoegd lente 2016! Het invoeren van het pand vindt u een open woon vinden - eetkamer met natte bar. Dit huis heeft een split plattegrond met slaapkamer en meester bad op onside en twee gasten slaapkamers en een complete badkamer op de andere kant van het huis. Master slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed, terwijl de twee gasten slaapkamers hebben 2 tweelingen en een koningin. Via de woonkamer en van de achterkant van het huis zal u genieten van in de bomen, terwijl ontspannen in de zon-kamer. Sun-kamer is voorzien van twin dag bed. Uit de zon-kamer en slaapkamer is een ruime dek. Kenmerken omvatten: Volledig ingerichte keuken met nieuwe apparatuur, onlangs gerenoveerde badkamers, serre, slaapkamer heeft nieuwe flatscreen-tv. 2 zonneterrassen, buitendouche, overdekte parkeerplaats, hardhouten vloeren, plafondventilatoren, houtskoolgrill, cd-speler, dvd, kabel-tv, WiFi. Very cozy and close to the beach

Myself and a friend really enjoyed our stay this weekend! The house was clean, check in was easy, well stocked with pots/pans/dishes! The area was quiet and the two block walk to the beach was flat and easy. We would absolutely stay here again!

Very clean and comfortable. All on the furniture is very comfortable. Checking in and out was easy also. No problem. Perfect place to stay. We will be backand stay here! Close to beach and places to eat. Neighborhood is very safe.

Very Welcoming Home

The house was amazing!! Very clean and felt like a home away from home. Super close to the beach, and only a little way from Patriots Point.

Great location, but horrible smell.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was so excited about this trip to IOP, but as soon as we got there, knew we were going to have an issue. The entire house is riddled with mildew and mold. As soon as you walk in, you are hit with that musty mildew smell. It didn’t go away the entire time, and after we left our clothes and hair smelled absolutely horrible from the mildew. I know they know about it because there are Damp Rid buckets and bags EVERYWHERE. Outside of the mildew/musty smell, the house was fine. The house itself is a little dated, but we actually liked that it wasn’t super modern. It was relatively clean, but we found sand in the laundry room when we arrived. We found broken wall art, and a broken refrigerator shelf (which we reported). The primary bed is SO comfortable, and the location is fantastic. But the smell is a very hard thing to get past. :(

We have stayed in this house two times and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. It is time for the owner to replace the old wobbly grill though. We did have a maintenance issue that came up but Island Realty quickly had a remedy and worked with us in a very professional manner. We will definitely use Island Realty in the future for our rental beach house needs.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was in a good location, an easy walk to the beach and many places to eat. It does sit along a busy street. Everything else about the house was a major disappointment. The entire interior is old and shabby. It appears to have been last updated in the late 80s and any recent additions were done as cheaply as possible. Everything in the house was old, falling apart, tired, or chintzy. The small TV in the bedroom sat on a dresser and could not be viewed from the bed. There wasn’t a single drop of oil, grain of salt, or packet of sugar in the entire kitchen. I have never rented a house before that was so ill-equipped. The cheapo shower curtains clung to your body when you tried to shower, the wall in the bathroom was rotted and falling apart, the decks and furniture out back were filthy. Smoke alarms were missing and several lightbulbs were burned out. We spent as little time as possible in the house and would not recommend it to others.

Please know that had this been reported to us we would have immediately jumped to address your concerns and repaired the window. This is an older beach home in a standard price range for the island, having said this we are always working to improve the level of our homes and our guest experience. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice, well kept house. The walk to the beach access isn't but a couple of blocks. In July heat, glad we rented a golf cart (there is golf cart parking at the beach access at the end of the street) but walking wasn't a hassle when needed.I have to say that IoP parking enforcement is a black eye on the local government--I didn't get a ticket myself, but saw a number of them on cars parked where there was no discernable prohibition. I will follow rules, but make it easy to know what the rules are IoP! Particularly, be wary of the handicap spaces at the 9th St access. I saw tickets almost every day on cars that had HC stickers and tags. Honestly not sure why. The blue lines on the pavement are barely visible.Also want to mention that the staff at Island Realty were quite nice and helpful. We met with Anita and Sarah and both were good representatives of the business, the home owner and the area.

Reviewer Comments: I stayed at 910 Palm with my two adult children and their spouses for a wedding in Charleston. The house was plenty roomy and nice for us. As others mentioned, it is not newly renovated but it is certainly updated enough for a week's vacation to a beach town where no one intends to hang out in the house much anyway. (it's just as updated as the house I live in the other 51 weeks of the year). The only downside for me was that I took the front bedroom and there was no blind or curtains on the window which made it a little uncomfortable with the light turned on at night time, the blind was broken and in the closet. One very small thing that would help a renter is a few garbage bags, plastic wrap, foil, baggies etc... I really don't want to buy all of that for my short stay. Shampoo/soap are personal choices, garbage bags are not.Overall, I think the house is great and would not hesitate to rent it again
