This property is centrally located to all that downtown Bend has to offer! All codes, passwords and instructions were communicated smoothly and in advance. The property is LITERALLY right on the river. We fell asleep to the sounds of the river at night! Properly stocked for the group size AND has two full bathrooms! This property is a gem in downtown Bend. Affordable, clean, safe and centrally located!

Beautiful riverside spot

When visiting Bend we always stay in this complex . Best views of the river, easy access to river walk trail. This condo was very clean, comfortable, and easy check in.

Bend Riverside Rentals is the hidden gem in downtown. It is close to anything and everything one could need. And yes, the views = impeccable. Until next time my friend!

Lovely location

Nice accommodations with lovely view. We liked the casual decor and taking walks along the river trail. Very convenient to town, as well. The property manager was responsive and accommodating when we had a concern. We were there in winter and would love to go back again at another time of year!

Beautiful View

The building was older, but the location and view were awesome. Condo was well-stocked and clean. Loved the fireplace. Couldn’t figure out front bathroom shower, but the other shower was great!

The building is indeed older as it was built back in the 60s however, this place has had our guests coming back for years now and thats because it's truly an awesome place to vacation while in Bend. With being located in downtown and walking distance to just about anything you could need, it makes it a hard place to beat. Until next time, Anita. Happy Holidays to you and your family!

Weekend getaway

I am a travel nurse and live full time in a tiny camper. So this was a much needed weekend to stretch out. It was nice to get a full sized shower, kitchen, and livingroom. Hot water. Clean. Nice location. Nice fireplace. Loved listening to the river. Because i live in a camper i drive a large truck. Parking for large trucks is not doable for this building. Other buildings in the complex yes. Not this one. There is a musty smell. I sprayed hairspray which seemed to neutralize it. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and ended far too soon.

Hi Sara, I am so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay to its full potential! I agree, it is a little tight hauling larger vehicles, but if you ever need more space we would recommend our overflow parking. This is located by the pool/park area. I do apologize if there was a musty smell in the unit. We have since notified our housekeeping staff and advised them to schedule a deep clean of the unit in order to freshen everything up! Nonetheless, I am relieved it didn't take away from your experience. Nothing like a good get away with the serenity of the river!

Clean Getaway

There was a separate bedroom and bathroom as well as a bed in the living room with TV’s in both areas. Everything was clean and tidy and simply decorated with no strong smells. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the peaceful sound of the river calmed the spirit. Amazingly, the sliding glass doors blocked all noise from the outside, making it a quiet place to sleep. I enjoyed time sitting out on the balcony watching a family of marmots play. As mentioned in the description, you could hear footsteps from the condo above, but nothing else, and it wasn’t disruptive. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics for cooking and eating a meal and all appliances worked well and were clean. I liked the keyless entry and it made it very easy to check in and out of the room. The location was great and I didn’t have to drive longer than 15 minutes to get everywhere I wanted to go in Bend. There is a nice paved walking path along the river just a few steps away. I would definitely come back and bring friends!

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the unit at check-in was extremely disappointing. The floors clearly had not been properly cleaned — simply walking around barefoot left our feet visibly dirty. My wife spent a significant portion of our first evening cleaning, and the mop pads and water were absolutely filthy. There were also dirty surfaces and visibly soiled/stained furniture, which made us question how thoroughly the unit had been cleaned between guests.To their credit, management initially responded quickly when we contacted them. They sent housekeeping back the following day to redo the floors twice, clean the surfaces, and replace all of the linens. The housekeeper did a good job, and the unit was considerably cleaner afterward.However, we paid to arrive at a clean rental, not to spend our first night cleaning it ourselves and then have it properly cleaned the next day. Management acknowledged the issue and specifically told us they would look into an adjustment for the inconvenience. After our stay, I followed up about the adjustment they had offered to look into and received no response at all.I appreciate that they addressed the immediate problem, but arriving to a rental in that condition — and then being ignored after being told they would look into making it right — left a pretty negative impression. Based on our experience, I would not stay here again.
