Hello Elizabeth. Thank you for your review and for leaving the home so well. We would love to see you again in the future.

Thanks for the review Daniel. So glad you and your family enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again!

Thank you for your review. Sometimes things go wrong and we do like to remedy issues as quickly as possible, hence the replacement toilet seat the same day. We always appreciate communication with our guests and thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We hope to be able to host you again soon!

Hello Jeff Thanks for your review and I am glad to hear you enjoyed your stay at the home and Resort. With the heat we regularly experience in Central Florida, walking isn't something that can be done comfortably too often unfortunately. We are lucky to have both Sunset Walk and Rolling Oaks on the US192 less than 3 miles away, for both dining and shopping, but these would need transport, especially in the heat.

Thank you for your review. I appreciate your feedback and I would appreciate if you could message me with a bit more information so I can ensure the home is improved for our next guests. Thank you.

Thank you for your review. I am so pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay. As per our messages, we are looking for your lost items and I will be in touch once all checks have been made! Hope to host you again in the future.

Hello Carrie Thank you for your review and feedback. I'm surprised to hear about ants in the home as our pest service regularly treats it and would have attended the same day to investigate and resolve had this been reported during your stay. I would appreciate if you could message me regarding the mattress in order to expand on your description of poor condition as a recent review found no particular issues and if there is a problem I would like to resolve this as soon as possible. Thank you. Alli@HAPI

Hello Susan. Thank you for your feedback. I do wish you had reached out during your stay to report these issues - we have staff on the resort daily who could have attended to these for you immediately. With regard to toilet rolls, as per the listing we do not provide beyond initial supplies so any subsequent needs have to be met by guests (we are lucky to have a Walmart almost on the doorstep). I am very surprised that you found the home to be 'not very clean' as it is cleaned after each guest and inspected prior to every new guest arrival so my apologies if this was the case. Our multi point arrival checklist is recorded in photos and includes ensuring that all TVs and lights/fans are working and that the necessary supplies are in place. Your feedback has been copied to the housekeeper for this home. I hope your future vacation homes can better meet your needs.

Hello Christopher I'm so pleased that you enjoyed your stay in the condo and all the resort facilities! With regard to the HVAC, this temperature range is intended to protect against the risk of a system freezing due to low temperatures - this would be a huge inconvenience to guests during their vacation and an unwelcome additional expense. Should any guests have a particular query on the HVAC I would be happy to discuss with them. I hope we have the opportunity to host you again in the future. Kind Regards Alli @ HAPI

Hi Lindsay Thank you for your review! I am so glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to welcome you back in the future! Alli @HAPI

Hello Rebecca Thank you for your review and feedback on your recent stay. I will have the frames of the beds checked to remedy squeaks! We hope to welcome you back in the future. Kind Regards Alli @ HAPI

Hello Carrie I'm very pleased to hear that you and your family enjoyed your stay with us. I appreciate the feedback about the master bed and this will be reviewed as soon as possible. Thank you for staying with us and we hope to welcome you again in the future! Kind Regards Alli @ HAPI

Thanks for your feedback! As per our listing, there are usually dishwasher pods in the home so this was an unfortunate oversight on our part on this ocassion. Whilst we don't provide detergent for the washing machine as many people have preferences/allergy requirements, we are looking into dishsoap for future guests and appreciate the feedback. Thank you!

Thank you for your review! If there is anything that could enhance the experience for future guests please message me and let me know. Hope to see you again!

Thank you for your review and I hope you enjoyed your stay. Please do let me know if you have feedback that may help us ensure that future guests have a 5* experience.

Hello Abigail Thank you for your review. I don't have any issues noted during your stay or the booking process and I would really appreciate your feedback as to why we rated 3 star so I can remedy any issues for future guests. Thank you. Alli @ HAPI.
