We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and comfortable, and the host checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. It was an easy walk to the beach and downtown shops and restaurants.

I’ve been to folly beach so many times with family. First time by myself. I was going to get a room at Tides, but this was so much better and bigger than a hotel. The entire property is so nicely maintained. Very nice amenities, well decorated. Useful kitchen. 3 minute walk to the beach. I’d recommend renting a bike to get to center street. I went in off season so it was very quiet. The window shades do let a fair bit of light through in the morning, so bring an eye mask if you like things dark.

Very nice place close to Folly Beach. Small, but perfect for a couple or a single. Well appointed with everything one would need for some time at the ocean. I have stayed in several places like this in beach towns. This is one of the best I have seen. Recommend it highly.

A nice little efficiency in a great location. Far enough from the main Business area to be quiet and peaceful sitting on the deck enjoying a cocktail. Close enough that everything is a short walk. The room is comfortable and clean. One caution is that the bed is pushed up against a wall and boxed in so a bit tough to get in and out.The host was very responsive when we got to the unit and found that we needed coffee cups. They were there in a couple of hours. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Loved the atmosphere. Outside, the gravel drive, stone walkway, lighting and common areas were beautiful. The room was bright and clean and the bed was so comfortable!! I appreciated the attention to detail. Everything was new and in perfect condition. Will definitely stay again.

We had a great time and the Condo was very clean and comfortable. The walk to the beach was short and easy. The walk downtown was a bit longer but definitely worth it. The only small issues that we had were: The entry door was difficult to close especially from the inside (most likely due to swelling because of the increased humidity). The shades do not provide complete privacy at night. We did not see where there was a freezer? I would have been helpful to be able to store a bag of ice. Otherwise the stay was great! The property was nice and clean and the host was excellent.

This spot is super convenient to the beaches (and close enough to restaurants/shops), clean, quiet, and a great bargain to boot. The owner was very responsive (not that we needed anything). I’d definitely recommend it for a getaway.
