Parking could be better explained when guest are bring 2 cars and a heads up to parking space size. But over all we a family of 6 enjoyed and loved this experience.

We loved the condo and all it offered. Being able to be just steps away from the gulf was fantastic. Finding sharks teeth and shells was fantastic. In the evening watching the sunset set while dolphins played was unbelievable.

There was some hiccups with getting check in information which caused some panic since we were coming from hours away. We got it sorted a couple hours before check-in time and everything from that point on was perfect. Wonderful location, the condo had everything we needed plus some items that were available to use for the beach which is nice for families that might come from out of state and don’t have their own. Being able to walk right out and have your toes in the sand within 2 minutes is fabulous. The kids loved the pool option when they took a break from the beach. I would def recommend and will book again the in future!

This condo was a great place to stay! Clean, bright, and steps from the beach! It is on the top floor! Everything you need is here! Slept 6 comfortably with the use of the pull out couch as well! And you’re within a short walk to any bars or restaurants.

The place is updated and only steps from the beach. The property is quiet and family friendly. Would stay there again.

The place was very clean and quiet. Close to restaurant and night life. The beach was fantastic and you couldn't beat the sunsets. The only downfalls we're that the pill is across the road which can get very busy. Also, it has a shared shower that is between 2 bathrooms so it's a little weird if you are in your bathroom and sometime is in the shower. All in all we had a great vacation.

The location was great. The bat on side (pool located) and the ocean on the other. Walk to restaurants and bars.

What an excellent property! Sooo close to the beach! It’s also a short walk to all the restaurants and bars. The host and manager of this property is spectacular as well! They went above and beyond to make our stay the best ever! Thanks so much!

Great location! Steps away from the beach, access to the pool on the bay, walking distance to Lock N Key! Great long hike on the beach to Stump Pass- Florida State Park to find shark teeth. In regards to the condo, it is perfect for a family of 5 immediate family members. The SHARED shower was a creative use of the space however it might be awkward depending on who you are sharing the space. Very well maintained condo! Thank you!

Perfect location
I think it was more like 40 steps to the beach. No need dragging a bunch of stuff to the beach, because it was so close. Interesting Jack and Jill style bathroom, but everything worked great and the unit was clean and had lots of extra amenities.

We chose Manasota Key because it's quaint, walkable to local restaurants and shopping and steps from the beach! In addition, we love the boat dock, heated pool and kayak launch on site!!

This property offers something for everyone! This part of the key is so narrow you can be relaxing on a dock watching dolphins play in the bay and with a short walk, watch the sunset from the gulf.
